I wanted lighter strings for my 6 strings to have less strain on my hand, especially playing chords. I don't have a lot of experience with different strings, so can't say much other than these are great. I use this set for almost two years now (definitely need to change them ASAP though).

Easy to play and even strings. Long lasting. Perfect tone for virtually all kinds of music.
I have been using these strings for years, and they never disappoint.
