Very good for the price. A little bit noisy.

A friend recommended me to buy this drum throne, and I really love it. Very stable, comfy, easy to set up.
Super comfortable and stable!
Nothing bad to note here! Super comfy and stable!
sturdy
a very sturdy and solid 3 leg drum throne .
very comfortable seat.
screw thread height adjustment with a memory lock.
Very durable for the money
I test this drum throne firstly in studio where I practise with my band, and I found that they fulfill all i need. It is stable, durable, easy to adjust, it is ergonomic and I decide to buy one for my personal use.....I recommend this product to all kind of drummers! It's absolutely worth the money.
Extremely solid and sturdy
This throne is just amazing. I've used plenty of thrones in the past and if not mentioning hydraulic ones, this is propably the best one and I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
Great throne!
I'm a lightweight beginner drummer. It is the first throne I bought myself for myself. It has rotary spindle thus one can adjust height continuously. It is greatly build. Sturdy. Everything locked securely. Seat is not soft neither hard, quite comfortable for me at least. Might be a bit heavy for gigging drummers. But overall I'm happy with a purchase and highly recommend it.
Very sturdy throne
I use it all the time. Every time I sit behind the drums. It's very sturdy and hold my weight just fine.
One of the best Drum thrones out there
This drum throne is rock solid and well made! I would recommend this throne, I mean... for that price, This throne Rocks!!!
Very good for the price!!
Incredibly priced! I love this throne. easy to set up and adjust.
The best!
I purchased this throne for my practice room so I have a good throne while my drum set is out for gigs before myself. My main throne is the same base with different seat. Been using that one for several years already and it's by far the most stable, reliable and durable throne I've ever had. And I've had many good and expensive ones and they all have let me down after a year or two. Not this guy. Definitely recomend!
Sturdy and comfortable
This stool has all the sturdiness and quality construction that you would expect from Gibraltar.
The base is reassuringly stable, and the seat is comfortable enough to sit on for the duration of a fairly long gig.
If you're in need of a stool for drums (or a keyboard) this is a strong choice and I would not hesitate to recommend it.
Confortable drum throne
I was happy to spend a little extra above the entry level for a really comfortable drum throne. Super comfy and durable!
Very stable, very solid.
This is a heavy, solid and stable drum seat. I bought this to replace the one that came with my beginners drumset (which, needless to say wasn't cutting it).
Pros:
- Heavy drum seat, doesn't budge when sitting on it.
- Adjustable from dwarf to giant.
- There are several clamps with two screws each, meaning it won't budge
- Comfy, but not too squishy.
Cons:
- Due to the amount of clamps and screws, modifying the height can't be done in a matter of seconds. It is therefore not suitable for situations such as drum classes (It's fine if only you use it though).
For the moment it's a very good value drum seat. We will just have to see if it stands the test of time now.
My back and my wallet feel very thankful
My back and my wallet are very thankful for this purchase.
A top lever throne at a very affordable price, it's worth every euro it costs.
Safe and sturdy, it's very well built, easy and quick to adjust and almost impossible to break. The cushon isn't too soft, perfectly sustaining the weight.
I reeeeeeally warmly recommend it (I boght two of them!)
Very durable, easy to fix and comfortable
Absolutely Solid
This throne is the most solid stool I have ever sat on, all the nuts and screws turn smoothly and the seat itself is very comfortable. All of this solid build does make it quite heavy but if you want something durable then this is the way to go.
Solid seat and very comfortable!
This seat is so sturdy it could probably withstand a nuclear blast, so life on the road is not a problem.
It's base is solid and easily adjustable for any drummer of any height. It also has a memory lock so when breaking down after a gig you'll have now problem getting it to your desired height. Just loosen, spin left or right to adjust height, tighten and your good to go.
The seat is very comfortable and really supports your weight evenly, without being too awkward interfering with movement. It can be removed from the base and easily packed into a hardware bag along with the other necessities.
Great seat, strong, sturdy and worth every penny!
Worth getting ... will recommend
Gibraltar has consistently produced quality and durable drum hardware - have been using it for 20+ years. We bought this (as part of a total refurbishing of our stage and sound equipment) as drum throne for a newly acquired Roland TD20K.
It sits really well, is adjustable for almost any size and is stable. The double bracing is important for stability and that feeling of security when you sit or rock in rhythm. On the adjustability. I must admit if you sit really low or have to sit really low in order to get your knee angle at 90° or less to the floor, you may have some issues to get it low enough especially if you are somewhat taller than 180cm.
The seating material (it is not a mesh seat, but padded sponge) may make you sweat but in a well conditioned auditorium and LED lighting rather than the old style heaters, you may still be able to have a comfortable experience.
For the price, this is worth it. Get it if it fits your budget.
Very stable!
I like this throne. I've had some other brands around the same price point in the past and some of them (many of them) inevitably end up starting to get creaky and noisy and wobbly and annoying. Not this one. This one has held up very well. I have had it for four years, I think.
I'm not a super heavy guy, I'm around 85 kilos, and it has held me very well. The rubber feet feel super solid and nice and the height adjustment works very well and clamps down tight when you are done adjusting. There's no wobble, no creaking, nothing annoying about this throne. I definitely can recommend this one.
