Gibraltar 9608E Drum Throne 5-stars Reviews
Great drum throne
The throne is very well build and stable. Love the threaded pole and clamps :))
Position can be locked very securely.
The cushion is very soft though. Seat itself and tripod are little bit bigger than it looked on the pictures and then I expected, but I don't mind.
Height adjustment range is pretty big. I have v-drums standing on a platform and drum throne is on the floor and still can easily set the desired height.
Overall very good throne and worth the money.
Great value for money
This is really a good drum throne. The seat may be a little soft, but that is a matter of taste.
The build quality is good, it feels really sturdy.
Best drum throne for the money
This drum throne is the best that I have found at this price. Gibraltar 9608 is very cleverly engineered. It has a threaded pole that will never sink even if the height adjustment clamp is loose. Both, the pole and the seat are secured with clamps instead of one screw pressing against the pole. Clamps have a screw on each side and apply even pressure. They also don't loosen over time like the single-screw locks do and they don't allow the pole to wobble. There are no plastic parts or bushings that would wear out or break. This thing is amazing!
Are you sitting comfortably?
Every drummer needs a good firm base to build his groove - this works well and is very stable and will last.
