Special use

I was looking for a "dead" no rim sound. So i removed my cast hoops with those i placed a thick ring and there it is. As a hoop sounds like crap, reduced attack and sustain compared to cast hoops. But sometimes that's what a production needs.

had to swap the hoop on a old ludwig vintage snare and this hoop did the trick perfectly

Perfect replacement

Gibraltar is well known for it's heavy duty hardware. Their hoops are top of the line, really one the best out there. If you are looking to replace your old cracked or dented snare hoope, look no more: this is it!

Good quality, good value

This is a really nice quality hoop and a good angle to hit some solid rimshots! I've put it on my Pearl snare and I much prefer it to the one that I had on previously.
