Great guitar for the price

+ Lovely tone, I adore the sound it makes. I play with low tension strings due to my RSI and there is still a great sound that comes from it, albeit a little bit of a buzz on 6th and 5th due to tension (or lack thereof).

+ It's very playable, and also comes with a Truss rod which can used (ideally by a luthier) to very slightly alter the action of the instrument. I have left it as it arrived, which is a little high (a bit shy of 5mm on the 12th fret).

+ All solid wood, rather than plywood. This probably has minimal bearing on the sound, but it does contribute (at least for me) towards the appreciation and long term care of the instrument.

- This guitar is somewhat of a hybrid, so please beware. The fret is slightly radiused, for example, so not all capos will work. I use the C3G from Schubb which works flawlessly.

- The finish is very sparse, so it will probably need a re-doing sooner rather than later compared to guitars that are shiny and liberal with their finishing.
