Gravity MS 231 HB Microphone Stand Reviews
Debes tener este "stand"
Gravity no me deja de sorprender con la calidad e innovación en sus productos. Este "stand" no fue la excepción. Es excelente! Me gusta que el "gatillo" para subir y bajarlo es casi imperceptible por lo delgado que es. (Five stars, oh yes)
The best microphone stand
No tripod to get in the way, very quick and convenient height adjustment with no side clicking noise
Great stand
Small base takes less space on the floor than regular stand great
Regolazione veloce e stabilitÃ
I materiali sembrano buoni e l'asta sembra solida.
Not very satisfied
It only worked about 10 times before - for some unknown reason - loosing its capacity to hold the microphone in position. Can't make it hold the mic for long. It just slides down to the bottom. We tried all sorts of possible solutions but no luck.
Sturdy well made
The stand is sturdy. Great for microphone or for the Moog made Theremini.
Very good stand
I`m really happy with that stand, as well as the other Gravity products (I have another stand and stand for 5 guitars). High quality, very handy button for adjusting the height.
Great for the price with a couple of quirks
I'll try and keep this short.
Pros:
— Easy assembly and handling
— Stand has a good bit of weight to it, feels sturdy and secure
— A minimal design, no-nonsense straight to the point mic stand
Cons:
— Handbrake button is quite hard to press, I didn't expect the mechanism to be so tight. Would be nice to have some sort of feedback from it, like a click when it's pressed.
— Ironically, the upper tube slid down with just a little bit of pressure, so I had to disassemble the stand and tighten the hex nut on the bottom of it.
— This, in turn, revealed some shoddy glue work in that spot, but hopefully I can forget about it forever seeing as stand works as intended after tightening.
Overall it's easy to recommend this stand even considering the cons I've listed for the price and convenience of having a handbrake mechanism alone. It's not going to blow your mind, but it'll do the job 99% of the time.
Great stand
Overall the Gravity stand holds it's own really well. It has a really quality feel to it. The button is a bit hard to press overall but all in all that's not a bad thing.
Very stable stand on small floor space
I tested the stand with photography umbrella + flash, and also with SM58 microphone.
Pros:
- The stand is occupying a small space on the floor, while being very stable.
- It returns to its balanced position even when inclined at 30 degrees from the vertical axis.
- The construction is sturdy, it does not wobble.
- The one-hand height adjuster is easy to use, although you need a little force to move it.
Cons: none
Before buying, I was thinking about adding the Gravity MS 2 WP extra weight, but didn't order it after all. The stands works very well without the extra weight.
Good mic stand
As a singer i like this stand, it's sturdy and stable
Best of it's kind
This product by Gravity is absolutely phenomenal!!!
you can use it to hold the mic while you're sitting or standing,
It's very stable because of the weight ring that comes with it.
The fact that it's sooo easily adjustable is priceless in my opinion, highly recommended ;)
Easy handling and good quality
I love the handbrake handle and it works great even using an Elvis microphone. Highly recommended
Its Gravity
Its a Gravity stand, so what can I say. Good, solid, professional gear.
The stand is good and stable with no extra weight, easy to use and a recommendation for anyone who needs this product.
Very comfortable stand, perfect for shows that need clarity on the stage.
Great stand
Easy to adjust, sturdy and well made.
One of the the best value mic stands
I'm a fan of most, but not all Gravity products. This is one of the best. Lovely design, easy to use, very solid and sturdy. My vocalist loves it, looks more vocal-like than the usual arm stand for guitarists, lets her establish a kind of intimate relationship on stage with the mic and the stand.
Good One Hand Mic Stand
Compare with another brand this is good to and cheeper.
But when you move up and down is not smooth as an another brand.
