Best

Very good build quality, it can take pretty heavy weight (mic and metal build micscreen), very adjustable. Not my first Gravity product.

Gravity MS 4322 B Microphone Stand

I have never got such a good stand with high quality

Good, but...

Good tripod, but the clips tensioning on the telescopic boom arm is not as strong as the K&M counterpart (with screw).

Best booms ever - top bit of kit

These mic stands are incredible; well built, sturdy and portable. Have been using a set of them for function band gigs for a while now, never fail to disappoint. The booms never droop! Best mic stands I've ever used in terms of the strength in the boom arms. Great in the studio too.

Gravity MS 4322 B Microphone Stand Review

Very well built and super strong stand, very impressed.

The little green rings are absolutely useless mind you.

Good value and quality

I already have two of the smaller Gravity kick drum mic stands so I knew what to expect from this one (of three). The rubber wheels for tightening the base joint and the main boom arm joint are comfortably and tighten smoothly and with a little give. The flippy-clippy clamp for the boom arm extension is also useful for speed adjustments. The height adjusting clamp seems solid (unlike the ones on some Millenium stands I bought a while back). It's a heavy stand but exudes quality. I'm not entirely sure about the fluorescent rubber rings on the legs and boom arm (for identification) when I would prefer a less conspicuous mic stand, but I suppose I can just remove the rubber rings!

Excellent, robust and stabile microphone stand

Have been using a set of three of those stands for the number performances and home-studio use. This microphone stand is only giving positive feel to it: it's very stable, high-quality, robust, sturdy and does it work very well. Can only recommend for the purchase.

Best for the price.

Sturdy stand for microphone. I use these as overheads and they are good for it. The tightening system is also superior.

Very well made, very solid and heavy. Unless you hit it very hard, it will not go anywhere.

Outstanding

I always wanted a mic stand that is stable, and the reason is that I often find my self to field recording different assets for different projects. For example, I use a quite long Shotgun and I tend to record Audio Assets that need the mic stand to be on its total height (Because I do the recordings by my self) and I never had a problem of stability with this mic stand, besides the hard circumstances neither of any vibrations from the ground (I use Shock Mount as well) 10/10 for the pirce range.

The Best Mic Stand I've Ever Had

After several years of not having ANY mic stands, I went with the Gravity MS 4322 B.

In short- the best mic stand I've ever had/used.

More about Pros:

-The durability of this stand is felt from the get-go. You can clearly feel that the boom is sitting (STEADY) with every microphone/s arrangement you'll put on it. I also tried several attachments for several microphones and it seems to fit universally easy.

-Easy to fold, which I find useful at the end of the recording sessions, or putting aside if you're short in place for equipment in you're recording space/home studio.

-Adjustments to the stand are easy, and offer a fine lock/release mechanisms that I really dig along with the general design.

The "Cons", or actually just an objective one because it didn't bother me:

-The weight of this stand might be a bit too heavy for carrying on stage or especially field-recording like I do, but as its original purpose- it should stand. And for that I cannot complain.

It is nice, but don't move it too much

It is a nice mic stand and it works well in most situations. However, it is obvious that this stand is a cheaper version of any K&M stand. The screws are loosening pretty quickly and the connection with the boom arm is already relatively loose.

Gravity - which is the problem here

Lovely stand, nice features, but if you put a mic on it heavier than a really small condenser, it sags, like Rudy Giuliani's dick. Useless for large condensers or ribbons. All the tightening parts are rubber, and they slip. You'll notice the mic at half mast after just a few minutes of a session. I'd send it back, but bought it too long ago and have just started using it. Can't recommend.

For the price, the best stand I've used

The stand is pretty sturdy, all the adjustment locks seem secure and tight. No give in any joint, even when fully extended. For the money this is an excellent stand.
