Good guitar, bad quality control

First the good: guitar plays well, and sounds good. The P90s have punch and it's easy to have fun with the guitar. It's also lightweight, and very comfortable. It also looks really good and the finish on the bodywork is solid. The Bigsby works (although it's a bit stiff right now).

Now the bad. I had to have the first one they sent me replaced as the bridge rattled terribly (screws loose) and the guitar just wouldn't hold tune even after a few weeks of playing. The replacement doesn't rattle, so that's good. And initially it also seems more stable. Then there are additional small niggles: 1) the pickguard had a small scratch BELOW two layers of plastic protective film, 2) there was a random screw jammed under the Bigsby (took me a while to get it out without scratching the paint), 3) the nut seems to be of low quality and will need to be replaced (probably the bridge as well if I'm honest).

At this price point, I expected much better (for example, a Squier I purchased last year for 240 EUR less is way ahead in terms of quality). At the same time, there's not that much choice considering the feature set I was looking for (semi-hollow, P90s, Bigsby).
