Great!

The sound you would expect from a resonator guitar. Very high quality instrument. Craftsmanship is excellent, almost looks a like a piece of art.

First Resonator - not disappointed!

This is the first resonator guitar which I've owned which I bought after wanting something a little different to my other guitars and I have certainly not been disappointed.

The guitar arrived in good time and was well packed.

It's quite a heavy guitar, as you would expect, and is sturdy and well made. The neck has a nice feel to it and is easy to play. There is a really nice tone to the guitar, which is quite loud and it's interesting to hear how different pieces can sound when you've been used to playing them on a 'regular' acoustic.

The tuning pegs seem good quality and so far it has held its tuning well over the week or so that I've had it.

The guitar definitely suits certain music styles better than others and is most at home with blues and country style music. Slide guitar sounds very good, and while I'm a bit of a novice with a slide it has certainly spurred me on to learn some slide blues tunes.

Overall I would recommend this guitar to anyone who is interested in getting a resonator guitar and in adding a different sound to their guitar arsenal. It's a great looker too and has already gained a lot of compliments from non-guitar playing friends.

I think it will take some time to get the best out of this guitar and learn what suits it best but it's a journey I'm looking forward to.
