Excellent for the money.

I am pleased with this , given the price, I added a preamp to the piezo pickup and it now sounds a lot better, it is now easier to blend it with the mini humbucker pickup, I will change the piezo for a Shadow piezo and possibly the humbucker for a Belcat pickup and it will sound brilliant.

Nice Resonator for the money

Been wanting to get a resonator for a while want to do some learning on it for study jazz guitar for a while and this is a nice entry level guitar for what I want to do, did some reading on this people have been saying they have improved the sound quality by changing strings and nut which I plan to do, and some have changed the tuners on it and said it made it great.

Twang for your buck

The build quality for the amount of money on this guitar is unbelievable. It looks great, it sounds great, it plays great. Perfect for the band I'm going to use it in.

Really Nice

This instrument was received flawless all the way to polished and smooth fret ends. Easy to play. Has a nice tone and sound to it but if you're looking for that delta swamp sound - this aint it.

Wow!

straight from the box, intonation is spot on, very little setup was required. I will be changing the strings to a slightly heavier gauge for my style of playing..folks, you can't go wrong with this guitar and you fo' sho can't beat the price.

Great Guitar

Received the guitar with another one and started playing immediately. Incredible value for the price.

Set Up

Basicly this instrument is satisfactory but the action is too high and should have shipped with a better set up!

not just a pretty face

This was a punt and bought on a whim but im more than happy with it.

I'm not a bluegrass or country player but just loved the look of this guitar. The amplified sound is not for me and i dont know if it will ever be gigged but its on a stand in my house in DADGAD and plays beautifully as an acoustic instrument.

Did i mention that its pretty to look at? :)

lovely finish and seems to both play well and stay in tune. great build quality and came well set up with no apparent faults, I've had it about 6 months now and its hard to walk past this in my house without picking it up and playing it. Highly recomended

Lovely instrument to play, nice resonator sound accoustically and

what high quality for such a low price.

It`s the only instrument so far I took out of the box and didn`t have to tinker with the set up. It was set up perfect.

Universal

Good for those who are starting to play the guitar. You can play acoustic as well as electrically. It gives a lot of pleasure to play with her sound. There are also missing guitars, but the store exchanges them efficiently. It hit me so bad, damaged saddle. I changed quickly and efficiently. Do not demand perfection for this price. Get a good and solid "toy" to learn and play.

A minor hit at the tuners, some flaws in finish ( no straight paint lines. The harley benton usual problems.

Great guitar for the price!

At first i was a little sceptical about it's quality but when i got it in my hands i instantly changed my mind.

The guitar had a great set up,it was instantly playable.It's sound through an amp is nice and loud and using the piezo pickup makes it sound like an acoustic(but it can be switched off and be played with just the humbucker.

The frets were smooth and the neck super comfortable.

Also what's great is that the guitar actually stays in tune just fine.

Very impressed with this guitar!Bravo.

Prize for this kind of money!

So, it has a shorter scale than I?d like, but the sound quality is great! Wood and details are not something they cared a lot for while manufacturing this guitar, but in the end it became a solid instrument for a starter in this category!

Excelent Guitar

As usual, speedy prompt delivery. The guitar appears to be well made

with a good finish. the action is a little bit on the low side for playing slide, but is manageable. The magnetic pickup has a nice mellow sound to it (through a marshal combo and a fender), the piezo pickup is a little bit peaky but is manageable with the tone control. All in all a very good guitar which I use mainly for recording.

Overall its nice

Looks: Amazing its a les paul resonator I mean come on

Sound: The two pickups together can get a crazy amount of tones and there are some really sweet spots.

Finish: Nothing wrong anywhere, a few drips in lacquer but I dont care about that at all.

Set up: This is where it gets bad. I had out of the box the 3rd fret E B And G string sounded like a sitar, and not in the good way. I got my file out and did a little truss rod work and its fine now but its clear that quality control needs to be improved. In fact I would have paid 20 euro more if they would have just levelled the frets right in the factory before sending :L

Overall: I'm happy (aside from that fret which looks like crap from my bad filing job lol)

Just so nice!

This is such an amazing quality guitar for the price, first thing I did when I recieved it was to re-tune to open G, strings are perhaps a little light and action a little low for slide....that said, I have persevered as is but I think if you are new to slide guitar or are a on the heavy handed side, maybe a heavier set of strings are in order.

It's nicely balanced, and has a nice neck, acoustic sound is very authentic, obviously can also be plugged in and with the pick-up options, can be more versatile, insofar as being a more general electric guitar (albeit a very bright sounding one).

If you are looking for a dobro sound on a budget , you could do a lot worse, this has one advantage by the way that should be mentioned, it's slimness, much more comfortable than many acoustic guitars to play. Great to play, beautiful to look at, amazing quality for the price, great service.

Buy buy buy!!

After watching a lot of HB reviews on YouTube, I decided to get one myself and despite those videos I was not ready for the great quality. Very well packed btw. The guitar came out of the box almost in tune and with a great set-up. It looks amazing and stands out in many ways. There are some minor flaws (this speaker thing was not attached, and some very minor finishing issues) but they do not diminish the overall experience at all. It sounds bloody amazing and is such fun to play. I ordered two more guitars after getting this one, and so will you. These prices are just too tempting!

Stop reading this and buy it, you will not regret it!
