Amazing
I cannot emphasise enough just how underrated this guitar is. It has been said a number of times but it easily beats others in higher leagues, at a fraction of the price.
Great budget choice
Bought this as my first guitar ever with some basic knowledge on guitars- would totally recommend!
For a beginner this is just what i needed. Sound is good, size of the guitar was as expected, the finish is of good quality for a budget choice like this one. Came with no scratches to body. Quite glossy
The gradation of colours on the front is not as smooth- orange/yellow tones stand out on the guitar however it is just as nice.
Easy to tune, came mostly in tune just had to use an app to refine. Not many issues with the guitar when it comes to the wooden finishes as mostly everything is sanded (seems to be a common issue with budget harley benton’s but i did not experience this).
No need to get an acoustic for a higher price as this is perfect to learn from!
d 120 VS
goede gitaar voor het geld, wat scherpe fretuiteinden, die kan je bijvijlen.
Great Guitar
For The Price this Guitar is great. It is loud and warm sounding. The action seems good also.
A good guitar for the price
Really liked the way this guitar turned out, for the price I think it's a great buy.
Budget Acoustic but with fantastic looks & sound
Needed a slightly darker sounding acoustic to complement a brighter previously owned guitar for home studio use. Opted for the Harley and wasn't disappointed. Looks great, sounds great and for the price hits well above the average budget guitar.
Lost a few stars but only for some sharp fret ends that needed dressing with a fine file and scratchy frets that needed a polish. Once that few minutes of work was done played like a dream.
Need a budget acoustic with warm sound? This is it.
With adjustments, good for the price
Pros:
- a good budget guitar if you don't want to invest too much in an acoustic
- the sound is nice and loud (You really have to put on new strings, though. I put some ernie ball strings on mine, and it was a game changer)
- good large dreadnaught body
Cons:
- the action is uncomfortably high (you can't stay in tune higher up the neck)
- the tuners are somewhat flimsy
I now mainly use it for slide guitar in open G and it's great for that. Otherwise, if you want to fret anything higher up the neck, you'll have to adjust the saddle and action.
For such practice It is awesome value. Great guitar to have at home to practice and play around.
Great Product
Looks good. Sounds great. I'm no musician but to me this is great value. I would recommend it to anyone. All I need now is practice.
