Busted in shipping

It seems that DHL shipping work over the shipping box...the head stock end is damaged and a bit of a crack on top side of head stock at body junction.. I will say that DHL sucks. I have never had this problem from USP or FedEX...also, the United States Postal Service sucks too for shipping and delivery..
