Sounds and looks beautiful

I bought the cherry red version of the HB 35 plus. It looks quite stunning, with no obvious blemishes; plays very nicely out of the box with no adjustments. The action is great and the 3 way switch with split coil options give a remarkable range of sounds, both clean and overdriven, on my 10w Marshall amp

Tuning this fish has proven a tough catch ch

Everything looks good...but cant seem to get it in and/or to stay in tune. Noticed the bridge is inordinately more slanted than standard position of hollow bodies

It's a very beautifull thing

It's a very lovely looking well balanced and very playable instrument..

I've tried it clean and crunchy and all points in between and it sounds really good..I absolutely love the coil tap so versatile you can play anything on this..You won't be disappointed!!

Value

Besides a few imperfections, considering the price, this is a great deal.

The flame is AA, if you compare it to the Gibson standards and the pickup and wiring required a small adjustment.

I am in love with the quality, sound and feel of the HB35 PLUS. I have found my new favorite guitar brand and have my eyes on the CST-24 or TE-90QM. Best $235 plus shipping I've ever spent on what would be considered a budget priced guitar. Best ES 335 clone out there in my opinion

Best kept secret on the net

Really decent...I'm not a nit picker so... sounds great... looks great..super fun,always wanted an ES type guitar... you know semi hollow...this is as good as as it gets with coil tapping...I laugh at the nay sayers...your loss..

Beautiful Semi-hollow body

The guitar I learned on was my uncle's 1967 Epiphone Casino, and ever since I gave it back I wanted my own. This is just about the best replacement for that I could hope for on my budget.

This guitar truely is awesome!

It looks great, sounds good, feels great, is finished very well for a guitar in this pricerange (fretends seem good etc.). The coiltaps give extra versatility.

Happy purchase

I've always wanted an ES335 but could never afford a real one so when this alternative came I had no choice but to make an order. And I'm very happy with it.

If I leave the five stars for the much more expensive instruments every aspect of this guitar is amazing for the price. The guitar came set up good. It holds tune well for normal home use but the tuners are the first thing I would upgrade. The neck is nice and set up well but it's a bit wide so I wouldn't recommend it for complete begginers. The finish is flawless. The sound is good. I didn't buy this guitar for the split coils but it's a nice feature to play with.

The only flaw I can point out is the pickguard that was constantly unscrewing while playin and ended up off the guitar which actually looks better without.

Superb. So many tones

I was so shocked when it arrived. Such a beautiful top and the binding was almost flawless. The pickups sound warm and thick like an es but then brightens up to a tele like territory when the coils are split. The tuners work well and the nut is cut great so no tuning issues. Such a great versatile instrument.

Fantastic Guitar

Unbelievably great purchase. Beautiful sound and playability. The split coil sounds phenomenal. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is the jack was loose and the internal wiring is a little messy.

Looks great, plays great. Paying more for American made brand names is RIP.

Wonderful Guitar

This is an excellent guitar. The appearance is stunning, what a gorgeous colour! It was perfectly set up straight out of the box and after a slight tune up it was ready to play. Lovely tone and a pleasure to play

I will keep this guitar, even when Iam not playing it, I just love looking at it.

To me its not just a guitar but a work of art.

I saw Alvin Lee in my dreams.

He had a similar guitar. Gorgeous instrument, incredible craftsmanship and tone. The only one note - the neck is a bit too bulky. Would like to have a thinner one.
