The best for the price

Super affordable, but stands up well next to amps in higher price brackets. Nice features such as compression and extra boost, lots of options from the EQ too. Have used it in my studio recording and gigging, does the job for both.

At this price, awesome.

A 40watt amp, celestion 12", with horn highs, a solid quality cabinet.

All the EQ you need. And all this for a bargain low price.

And it goes loud and punchy when you crank it up .

I bought it as a practise amp, witch it's perfect as.

It has the power to jam with your basement playing friends if needed.

Use good shielded cables n gear with it, and youre OK.

It aint a high end amp, but works fine as a entry level combo since it sounds good with the 12" celestion in a big solid cabinet.

Harley Benton HB-80B

Very powerful, can easily handle rehearsals and small gigs. Solid construction. The compressor works decently, while the d. I. Out option is a life saver in some occasions as you can send the signal straight to the console (saved my butt when the stage was very small, and i voluntarily played off stage - this option however, cancels the speaker of the amplifier). Surely far from a perfect amplifier, but a perfect steal for this price.

Bit toppy

Great bass amp with the proviso that the top end is a bit dominant, even with the settings changed. But a great, clear sound.

This amp is the best fir the money. It is heavy, but if you don't want to carry it aroynd, it is ok.

Great bass amp for the price

Very happy with this bass amp.

I split the signal from my guitar and run my low end signal through this amp and I am very happy with the sound. Great amp at an unbeatable price

Search no more..

This is a very good practice amp for all level and also this one is perfect for beginners. It's got a great sound. I have Squier J Bass (A darn good instrument for its price) with this amp and I'd say it makes me want to play more. Something about sounding nice compels me to practice..

For this price you get;

Celestion 12 speaker

40w

8 ohm

Headphone out

Aux in

Nice features..

Shake walls :)

No need to think about it..

It's awesome

I used this amp for over 2 months.

Let me save you some time. Just buy this amp, you're not going to find anything better for this price.

It sounds very good and it's super loud for a 40 watt amp. 80 watts is the output for your external speakers. This amp itself only plays 40 watts, but it's plenty enough.

I use it for band practices. Sometimes with an overdrive pedal. We play in a small room with a guitarist, vocalist and a full loud ass drum kit. I only turn this amp's volume to 50% and everyone is able to hear me very clearly and loudly.

DISCLAIMER! I don't think you should buy it if you are not going to play loudly. It is not suitable for playing at home with neighbors around. It produces a buzzing sound even when you completely mute your bass. It can get annoying if you play quietly. But at loud volumes, it simply fades between the bass sound. Also, it's very heavy! But other than that, it is absolutely worth your money. Good sound quality, well built, very loud.

great budget combo

Had troubles with delivery it took about 1 week, amp came damaged but only visualy still works. Sounds great and it is plenty loud to use with a band. That celestion is great, plus comppreseor works wonders.

A lot of power and low end for the price

It's good!

There are good powerful tones on this thing, can't ask anymore for the price.

A bit heavy...

Awesome Amp

I decided to learn the bass guitar in January 2020 and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed to get started. After asking some experienced musicians about the HB-80B , I was advised that it would be a great starter amp that I could use later on as I progressed and it would remain more then useful for band practice or even small/medium concerts. I'm very pleased with the sound and after 9 months it has held up to very loud aggressive music and playing. I'm playing mostly punk rock heavy metal. As of now I can only say positive things about the amp , nothing negative to say.

Good Value

I moved my main amp to another facility, and I needed another amp just for home practice. I honestly wasn't expecting much out of this amplifier, but for the money, it is actually pretty great.

Obviously, it isn't a Glockenklang or a GRBass, but I have absolutely no complaints using this amp. The sound is decently clear, It has all of the features that you might need.

If this bass was more expensive, I'd be a lot more picky, but hey, this is a bang for the buck.

Unbeatable for the price!

It has all the features one would want from this level of amp. There were no build or quality defects. Sound was likewise good. Were this a more expensive amp I might be a bit more picky but at this pricepoint it is unbeatable.
