Incredible instrument, Played it against my 1000 Dollar Breedlove acoustic. The King sounds so much better, not even close and for a 3rd od the price!

The guitar arrived on the date stated. Took it out of the well padded boxes, inspected it for any damage, found nothing , tuned it up, put it through its paces and I played it every day for about 2 months until it really was time to change the strings.

Absolutely no issues at all. Very pleased with the quality of the guitar and the price.

Speaking to other people that know more about guitars than me agree that they are excellent guitars with great build quality and finish.

If you are thinking of buying one, stop thinking and just buy it.

Amazing for the price

The guitar is great. It required some minimal setup for about 20 minutes, then it was playing very comfortably. It also sounds very good.

I have had this guitar fore a few years and I have had no problems and the guitar sounds and looks really good live or with my band it just sounds good people can't believe what I paid so I tell them where to get one

Fantastic acoustic

I bought this on the back of borrowing a friends J-200, unbelievable tone for such a budget friendly guitar.

my only "complaint" is the body is slightly thinner than a J-200 so has a little bit less bass, though I still have the stock strings on for now, hopefully some fresh earthwood 12s will bring some deeper tones out.

plugged in the tone is fine, the built in EQ works wonders and handles performance level feedback great. the EQ fattening up the tone with the natural tone of the guitar still present.

My first real guitar - couldn't be happier!

First of all, I'd like to point out that I lack experience with buying guitars, as this was my first real (half)acoustic guitar that I bought. That being said, I'm more than happy with my purchase. I have played some guitar on and off for years, and I'm probably an average/below average player. When I bought this guitar, it was because I needed one as I was becoming a music teacher for elementary school. At the same time, it needed to look good in the living room, as I had no other place to put it.

Some general points that I'd like to make are:

* The guitar looks fantastic. There are so many details that simply makes this guitar beautiful piece of art.

* Great quality. It feels and seems like great quality in every aspect. There are no negative points to make here.

* Enjoyable. And yes, probably the most important part, it's fun to play!

* Great value for the price.

Lastly, if you are- like me looking for a guitar that can act as a furniture in the living room, this is it. This guitar can harmonizes very well in most homes.

All in all, I'm very pleased. A fantastic purchase!

WOW!

I am going to be 100% honest, I was completely blown away by this guitar. I did my due research on this guitar because lets be honest “a Jumbo style guitar for under 300$ U.S” definitely brings some concerns.

To Start off the Finish is perfect , I really dont look that deep into finishes because I play my guitars a lot and they will get dinged and scratched as times goes by so no issues in that department. The strings are very high quality , seems like they are D’addario from the sound of them. The action is perfect aswell I dont know if I got lucky but the guitar plays great. Lastly the most important of all the “Sound” ived never owned a Jumbo before so I was blown , I literally strummed as hard as I could and the guitar kept giving me such a beautiful sound.

I really dont know how Harley Benton is producing these amazing guitars for this price but I thank you from my heart because I got everything I wanted and more. I will definitely purchase another guitar in the future and if anybody has any doubts about purchasing this guitar please don’t hesitate it is a steal!

I just love the tone

Had this guitar for a year now. It's my favorite instrument because of the rich, deep sound it produces.

I mostly play at home, but when I jam with other guitarists, my guitar usually has the most omphf compared to others :D

Pros: awesome playability, stays in tune quite well and omg the tone versatility, ah, makes me happy all the time

Cons: its bulky and a bit heavy compared to the tiny guitars of my friends. But it's all worth it

Conclusion: if you don't mind having a goliath to toss around and if you prioritize sound over matter, then I would suggest you to try out this guitar :D

great but...

The guitar is awesome, with great tone everything on the guitar is great eccept the action on the strings, The action is very very low and without ajusment it is uplayable. Because of the action there is a lot of string buzz. The strings are very low quality and i reccomend buying new strings right away. Apart from that the guitar is very high quality and is awesome.

Great guitar

Bought this guitar one year ago.

Use it to play at home and in a club, with and witout amp. I use a Fender acoustic amp and it works good.

I must say I an very pleased with this guitar. The neck and action is nearly perfect and the sound is big and great. Fisherman pickup works great with clear nice sound..

This guitar from Thoeman is a bargin, buy it, steal it or whatever you have to do to get it :-)

Custom king

I bought this with a st swamp ash the swamp ash st was for me the custom line king was for someone else they are not getting this guitar they can order their own im keeping this for myself i bought 2 guitars at the same time to save on shipping now ive got an acoustic as well not a fault anywhere needs a good setup the strings are a little high for my liking but all in all fantastic guitar

Really amazing acoustic, for a good price

I ordered this one for my friend, and since I have never played a Harley Benton before,

I was suprised with the looks of it, and mostly with the sound.

Neck has some weight to it, and that's where the sustain comes from.

Pros:

-Fishman pickup system with built in tuner (very useful)

-Grover tuning keys

- Great setup

- Amazing and loud sound

-Cons:

If I have to put something here, maybe some minor cosmetic flaws around the binding, but who even looks a that.

I would totally recommend this instrument for a begginer,or a gigging musician, or just for playing at home.
