A fun little bass

I use it mostly indoors or jams, as it might well feedback in a gig situation. It’s always fun to pick up, but I switched to Thunderbrown strings in the hope of better intonation and volume on the E string. It worked.

Great value, but

Great value for the money. Sounds good and looks well made except for one irritation.

The nut is not cut correctly to give equal spacing between strings.

Yes, the slots are spaced equally, but do not compensate for the very wide E & A strings which are pushed closer together compared to the other strings.

The rubbery strings take some getting used to, ie fingers and pick tend to feel sticky. A little applied 'nose' grease seems to help though!

Also as with all ukulele non-metal strings, they take a while to settle in tuning wise.
