Incredible Value!
I can't say enough good things about this bass. The quality is of the build is top notch and not much was needed out of the box to get this thing sounding great. The frets are great and were leveled and crowned nicely. The neck feels amazing. It's a heavy bass, but it doesn't bother me too much and is definitely not my heaviest bass.
You should do some sheilding work, maybe replace the PUs and pots if you really want to go the extra mile. Do that and after a set-up, you'll have a true beast of a J bass. I plan to use this one as my main gigger along with it's HB PJ cousin.
I just wish they still had the other colors available as id definitely buy 1-2 more in purple and pink (flea style).
Better than most mid-range basses
Nice quality and sound. Really hits that 60s and 70s sound perfectly. Nice addition to my bass group. Very useful for blues and rock.
