Amazing.

Another Harley Benton bass in my collection. Again I'm surprised how good instrument you can get for the little money. Ready to play straight out of the box. If you are a beginner there's no bad choice with Harley Benton. If you'll looking for a litttle bit more - it's a great platform for any modifications. Easily, you can compare this bass (and the others HB's) to twice more expensive instruments. Keep up the good work. I will definitely buy more in the future.

Pretty good!

The action is a bit messy no matter how you set it up, obviously you want some fret buzz for that R*ck sound but at some points it's too much. The sound is great (read: incredible) for the price but it definitely isn't perfect.

sounds great

obviously this doesn't replicate the sound of a real Rick, but it is a great sound in itself, easy to play, looks fantastic and has a great build and feel.

I would just take the time to play around with the tone and volumes to get the sound you are looking for

Great bass guitar (n.b. I'm a noob)

First of all, about my skills, to put things into context - I'm a 2/10 bass player and a 4/10 guitar player.

Now I can say: WOW, what a great bass!!

I was worried that it would have just that growling tone. I wanted good fat tone, and also a nice slap tone along with the growly one. Turns out - it has it all! Unlike the guitar, where I never touch tone knobs, this thing can produce a wide range of sounds just by using them and the pickup switch.

I'm using the bass for home recording. I don't have bass amp, and I probably won't get one. I've connected it to a mixer and then into HiFi, and the sound is great.

The finish is great too. I bought it for the looks. There are two minor flaws, and it took me 4 days to notice them. Fret ends are very nice (actually covered by that white plastic line, so I guess it will be a mess if you try to refret the neck, but why would you do it...). Unlike my new twice more expensive Squier strat that has a neck like a chainsaw.. I love it.

A very singular bass

There is in music a very specific sound that can be difficult to recreate with a lot of bass instruments. The RB-414 does it with ease.

I own a number of HB guitars and basses and have to admit to being a fan of the brand.Build level is always very high, value for money is outstanding and the playability/sound production is more than you would expect.

I've been a musician for a very long time and over the years there have been expensive planks from some sources a pleasant surprises from others. This bass is a very pleasant surprise, try it you'll like it
