Awful quality

High e string cut too close to edge of fret board. Jack input is now being temperamental and works only when it wants. Weighs a tonne also. Unwanted neck muscles now appearing :p

Very Unsatisfied. Online Utube reviews are not true

first of all the shipping box was beat up badly. the box had been opened or destroyed at one point in shipping. The staples to close the box were not intact. the inside box, guitar box, was also beat up. the guitar had no shipping damage, which is incredible. The guitar is not playable. There are a lot of unfinished cosmetic issue's. the frets are not crowned. the inlays are not set right and the strings catch on them when bending. From the 11th fret forward the frets and dented. The action at the nut is too high and not cut right. The nut itself is too long and hangs out the bottom. The neck at the scarf joint is uneven and a lump can be felt at the joint so the neck has not been shaped or finished. All fret ends are sharp and unfinished. The pots are loose and turn.

Your return policy is cumbersome and unusable. When I went to the return policy site my guitar is not listed and can not continue with the return. Only the D'addario string set is listed to return.
