I would like to be able to give a higher review

I do enjoy the sound and look of the guitar quite a lot, and the coil splitting feature is totally fun and sounds pretty good, the issue is more around certain basic things... The tuners aren't really the greatest, it's pretty difficult to get your guitar in tune because they have something that feels like a 1:6 ratio. The nut isn't the greatest either, it grabs the strings when tuning and makes it only more difficult. My last issue is the most significant and also seemingly one that should have been noticed in the QC, the frets are sub-optimal, and that's using some very kind wording. They are flat on the tops in certain areas which throws off the intonation, and they give you a grinding feeling when you bend. I can't say I was expecting a premium guitar, but I certainly was hoping for one that didn't grind the strings when you bend.

WOW!!!

This arrived today as promised. Bit worried, as some reviews said poor build quality. I didn’t need to worry, this guitar is excellent, the action is low, intonation perfect, and the sound range from the coil tapped humbuckers is amazing. I had an epiphone les paul custom many years ago, for me this new guitar is better for my old ( and now sore ) fingers, and the finish is perfect. Amazing value for the price, I am going to enjoy my playing again.

Amazing guitar

I love this guitar it feels great to play and the sound is amazing. There’s lots of different sounds you can get from it and each one is great. All the materials and everything feel great as well

Better than expected

Arrived in great shape. Abs no faults. For the price it's outstanding. Stayed in tune straight away. Decent action and worth investing in some quality strings. Beautiful finish. Flawless apart from a small amount of smudging between the fretboard and neck. Very pleased all in all. Recommended.

Incredible guitar at an incredible price

I'm a proponent of super budget guitars, and I had been considering a Harley Benton guitar for a long time. The only thing stopping me was the high shipping cost to America. I couldn't resist any longer, and finally bought this one.

I've been playing a really nice low budget Strat from another company for 3 years, and I love it, but I've gotten into recording, and I wanted a guitar that offered an alternative sound to the Strat, something with more punch and power to counter the slinkiness of the Strat, and a Les Paul style with humbucker pickups is the perfect choice. After agonizing over color choices, I chose the Honey Burst, and pulled the trigger.

It arrived quickly, in only a few days, packed in a guitar box, inside of a larger box with a top quality gig bag that I also ordered. It arrived with no damage, other than a broken high E string.

The finish was perfect, everything worked great, and I couldn't find a single flaw, it seemed to be set up fine, and was playable out of the box (other than tuning it of course). I've had it a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with it. Switching between the LP and the Strat is like going from a high-powered SUV to a Ferrari. Both are great rides, but offer completely different experiences.

In short, I am 100% happy with my Harley Benton purchase. I've got a list of guitars I'd like in my collection, and plan on buying from HB when the guitar-buying bug bites me again.

Juste un détail ! le chevalet monté à l'envers, après avoir changer le cordage quand j'ai reçu la guitare j'ai remarqué que l chevalet était monté à l'envers, il faut faire une gymnastique pas possible pour avoir accès aux vis de mise en accord d'octave, Au prochain changement de cordes je ferai la rectification et réaccorderai le tout ....

Great Strings!

Whatever string provider they have needs a raise, I’ve tried my Grandpas most expensive fenders and nothing comes close to this

Suprise bombshell

I don't know what qualities other HB-SC450+ guitars have, but this one I received is one unbelievable good product.

I change strings from 010 to 009 and during the setup i had fall in love to this guitar.

Sound without plug in the amplifier is balanced. octaves tune perfectly, the acoustics noise produced by the playing guitar unpluged refers that the quality of the wood is High Class. I still can't believe I own a premium product, of les paul style guitar with beautiful looks and detailed finishing for 200 euros, simply amazing!!!!!!!!!

I have bouth Mojotone 59 Clone Humbucker Set N, + capacitors and potentiometer instal on HB Les Paul, and WOW :-)

I would lke to say that my observation form previous review get confirmation with changing of pickups.

Now not only looks like Les Paul now sounding tunning great

Excellent LP Alternative and Guitar for Begginers

Got this guitar as a birthday present 4 months ago as an upgrade from what I previously had. I am a begginer and I love this guitar. It's super comfortable, looks beautiful, and plays great. I love the tones I get from this and how easy it is to glide across the fretboard. The only issue I've had with this guitar was that my pickup switch broke pretty easily, but it was an easy fix. Another thing is that some of the screws get loose after a while, but that can easily be fixed. Would recommend overall.

it is great for clean tones but in distortion kinda stuff not that good :D

S C 450 plus HB great guitar

the fit and finish is perfect looks great plays great has a little thicker neck that my other guitars but when I played it , it felt real nice easy to play and could get some fast licks ,sounds great the Roswell pups sounded better than I though they would the weight is nice also not too heavy the tuner are spot on feels good no loose gears stays in tune with no problems I really like this guitar , the only thing that needed a little att. was the G string saddle was cut too deep but a little file work on the other saddles and everything is alright ( most likely it will not be on other bridges ) I am already writing new music on this guitar a lot of fun to play

the guitar is made perfectly, the frets do not stick out, the tuners work smoothly, the tuning holds very poorly, the back plates stick out a little, the plug for the jack had to be tightened, the screw on the 3-string peg did not twist the screw, the sound is not very good, after a short time of playing, a terrible crackle appears in the sound ...

Great guitar and amazing quality

This is a great guitar for the price. Amazing quality craftsmanship at an unheard of price. The only down size was it got one small 1/2 inch ding on front in shipping. The company was great about it with a substantial compensation in a form of refund. I encourage you to buy this if you want a quality guitar at a sweet price. Compare to others I have tried its hands downs king in this price range. It's a beauty and I am considering buying another but this time ordering their premium case to help in the short three day journey to Alaska. Again amazing quality in this price range.

This guitar for its price is a very good guitar. i never thought i could get the jimmy page sound with just a 175€ guitar and a 80€ amp.

Overall im very satisfied with the guitar and the shipping came with no problem and the costumer service is on point.
