Great value for money.

This is an *excellent* guitar for the money. No visual flaws at all. As usual, all guitars need a setup out of the box, and this was no exception. Lowered the action a bit, set up my preferred string gauge, intonate, tune. Play! In particular, the pickups on this one are *very* good. I normally switch to EMGs, but this one I kept as is. The neck is very comfy (I like'em rather slim), and no fret sprout at all. The only small thing I might want is a coil split - but this can easily be done switching a tone pot with a switching one. I did switch out the tuners, but only because of my only complaint on this one - the slimy green tuner buttons... :D In short - if you like silver burst Les Pauls, and think Gibson are ripping you off - go for it!

Don't trust me too much because I haven't played electric when I first bought this one, but it is amazing. It felt good in the hands, the feel was just spot on, everything looked good. One thing I want to mention is the fretboard, mine for some reason got really dark and I love it.

Great guitar! It arrived in about a week. Intonation was spot on, playable right out of the box. Tesla pickups sound really good.

Unbelievable

Received my Harley Benton SC-550 II Silver Burst a couple of months after I ordered. Absolutely amazed at the quality and craftsmanship on this guitar! After having a local luthier set it up, the guitar sounds amazing! I have a small show scheduled for April and plan to showcase this guitar on several songs. I have a left handed guitar ordered for our other guitarist and I’m hopeful that I can get it soon.

Awesome silverburst guitar

Sounds and feels great. It's been very hard to get a silverburst guitar ever since Adam Jones' guitar came out.

The setup was almost perfect out of the box, no truss rod adjustment was needed but I lowered the bridge like a millimeter.

The pickups are pretty good.

The color pattern is great.

Great value

Plays as nice as much more expensive guitars. Stainless steel frets are a big plus and feel great!
