Great Junior!

I have been eying a les paul jr for some time. I hate the epiphone headstocks, and the neck on the epi les paul is too thick. I chose the sc junior due to the affordability. 9/10 guitar honestly. Plays great. I did put locking tuners, graph tech nut, and a new bridge on it out of personal preference. The pickup is great in this guitar, i shimmed it up a couple of mm higher and it sounds like a p90 should. I also replaced the electronics and wiring and did the 50's wiring mod, again, personal preference. Only thing i would have liked to see on this guitar would have been stainless steel frets. Great les paul junior copy!

Great value

I bought this to have sitting out at all times for impromptu recording and practice. Upon delivery was well packaged and protected. No issues on that front. Not had to make any adjustments what's so ever, will put my own strings on soon.

Only two slight negatives, this really is being extremely picky and to me really isn't an issue for the price I've paid and also for my use of the instrument. The screws in scratch are slightly askew and not flush with the plastic and I feel like the nut is pretty basic but doesnt affect the guitar in any way.

Will look to buy more HB's in the future as this really is a fantastic guitar and I would be more willing to be adventurous with my purchases of other Harley Bentons after buying this.
