Great guitar

This is my second Stratocaster. The first was without any identification marks bought on aliexpress. I just want to say that as soon as I picked up this HB, I immediately realized that I was holding a tool,and not what I had before, made of sawdust. Immediately connected the guitar to the combo that I ordered with it. And Oh my God, the guitar sounded, I couldn't get that sound from my previous one, although I will say that the Chinese fake when using the guitar processor sounded good. But this guitar is fire. Fonit importantly, my previous guitar was a little given the background, not critical, but still. The tremolo works well, I had to make great efforts, although they look very similar and the tremolo is the same system. The pins on the neck turn well, without jamming. Generally satisfied with the purchase!!!

It sounds good, out of the box have really great adjust and tuning quality. So we able to just take it and play after a little bit tune of course

I wasn't expecting much and, to begin with, that's what I got. No sound at all to start, then some sound, but not much; volume pot only working between 9 and 10; tone pots doing nothing at all and there was so much neck relief that I could almost get my head between the frets and the strings!

However, each time I plugged and unplugged the lead from the output jack, the sound got better. I can only guess there was something on the contacts or they were somehow grounding. I will open it up and investigate.

It's now mostly OK but will need some adjustment. I've done the neck relief and will sort the action next, then the intonation. Fret rocking and levelling will doubtless be involved along the way.

The finish on the body is excellent (apart from one tiny blemish under the top coat) and if all goes well with the set up, I'll think about upgrading some of the parts.

All in all, it's pretty good for so little money but you really need to know a bit about setting up to get it truly playable.

Perfect guitar for the beginner

I started to learn playing guitar for qite not so long, and i always dreamed about electroguitar, and now my dream came true! This is a really cheap but well made instrument. I wanted to buy some used guitar or something new in this price here in Russia, but i understood, that these instruments...well it`s quite awful to hold them even. Here ewerything was all right. It sounds good, everything works just as it should. There was one thing about it - the humbucker. Tape around the pickup unsticked a bit...but it doesn`t make sounding bad. I can freely recomend that strat for every beginner. There are two singles and one humbucker and it worth)

Buy a guitar for 60 euros and not be disappointed?

Yes.

At first sight. Excellent surface finish. Red-frosted Apple for Christmas. Plastic on 4+. The neck is great. Good polished frets. Bridge is simple, the quality of the metal is 3+. Slightly scratches the palm, not critical.

Sound.

It sounds and sounds good. You should understand that this is a super cheap guitar. And at a price of 66 euro, this is a bomb. 60 euro is the price of sneakers. Put this red Apple next to a pair of sneakers and think about it. If you are a beginner and just starting to play the guitar, this instrument is for you. With all the problems, it is still a great musical instrument at a very good price. Don't expect a miracle from her. But perhaps this guitar will open the door to the world of music. And you will remember it as the key to these doors.

A Novice Review

I'm bad at guitar. I have only been playing for two months, and the past month was with this guitar nearly exclusively and I honestly love it.

Maybe it was moving from my housemate's rusty old acoustic to this but it feels very friendly to my beginner fingers. The frets are a bit high which felt odd at first but I don't feel them at all any more.

It feels sturdy enough and I'm able to get a wide range of sound out of it but, again maybe it's my untrained ear but it really doesn't feel like the tone knobs do much of anything. I feel slight change in brightness and very small changes in clarity when I move them around but that is my only complaint.

Otherwise, a solid guitar and I thought I was being lazy buying one of the cheapest ones on the market to start with but it really paid off.

Fantastic Guitar

Really impressed with this guitar. Action was set up well and not too high, no rough frets and joints all neat. The paint finish is flawless. Stys in tune well. Had I paid 3 times the price I would have thought this was good value. At this price, unbelieveable.

Everything is perfect with this guitar, simply amazing! sounds great!! :D

This product is very good quality for the price the only fault I could find was a couple of sharp fret ends which was very quickly put right. Setup was good frets nice and even sounds good finish for this price amazing , anyone thinking of buying this this guitar and doesn’t want to break the bank should just get it. You cannot get better for this price anywhere. I feel a little guilty running away with this for no money at all.

ridiculous

Flawless finish, sounds great. Sure, some parts feel a bit cheap (tuners and knobs for example), but everything is working properly. Fretboard was very dry, but a bit of conditioner (I used dAndrea Lemon Oil) solved that.

Some notes:

- the pickguard is not completely white. There are some blue marks in it that I can't see on the photos. Not sure if this is intended or not.

- the upper right corner of the trem plate is nicked, but if you look closely so is the one on the photos. I'm not sure if i got the exact guitar from the photos, more likely all are like this.

- the end of the fretboard behind the nut is not evenly cut, but this is almost invisible after conditioning it.

This is really just nitpicking and things you really need to look for to notice. For the price it's worth getting even if you just want to hang it on the wall as decoration because it looks stunning.

Incredible for the money

I really can't believe how good this guitar is. Especially considering how little it cost. The overall build quality is great along with the fit and finish. All superb. I like it so much that I'm going to buy the matt-black version too as a project. :)

Ok for the money / fretsprout

I like this guitar. Awesome color.

But I don't recommend this for a complete beginner... because it had some work.

The frets were quite sharp... so they cut my skin a little bit.. not bad... but bad enough for not to be able to play it comfortably... luckely I calculated these issues in before I bought it... I can fix this stuff myself.

Tuners work... but are not the best.. a little bit loose..

Pots.. are like on of knobs... but i like clear sound so... they are turned all the way up.

Neck feels great... very comfortable.

Some high frets... but I leveled them so... maybe it wasnt nescesary... I don't know.

Obviously it needed a set up.

But now I did all this... I like this guitar :).

If you got the tools... this can be a fun guitar :).

But I don't recommend this for people who are beginning... without knowing anything or anyone who can set this guitar to a playable condition.

Great starter

Having just started to learn bought this as part of a starter pack. Feel and look of guitar is brilliant.

Really happy with it and sounds great.

A lovely guitar

It is a lovely guitar. What I can say it is that I love the color! It is so deep and looks so nice, I’m in love.

Mine came with the action super high but it took me 5 mins to get it right.

The sound is nice, the pick ups are really good.

The tuner are ok, not bad not the best, they do the job.

The nut was not in the best shape but nothing deadly, I just file them a little and everything was ok.

The fretboard was my main issue, my frets ends where not that well finished. But it took me like one hour to fix it, I also did a clean and put some lemon oil as well.

Did that mean that the guitar was unplayable? absolutely not, I totally recommend it.

Can't believe this thing doesn't cost more!

Honestly, the pictures on this site do this guitar no justice. The metallic candy apple finish looks so sexy in person. Also, don't let the price fool you. This is a great guitar that is well set up out of the box and sounds great as well. I would definitely gig with it as the tuning stability is really good and the neck feels good with playing. I have other more expensive guitars, but I plan on using this one as my primary home recording axe. It's an absolute STEAL for the money!

Speachless

I purchased this guitar in a combo package for my youngest son to play and learn. The price was excellent for the package, so I thought it would do for the little one for a year or two.

The guitar is EXCELLENT. The build and the finish is amazing, especially for the amount of money I paid. It sounds way better than what I expected, especially after I changed the original strings (the little one broke a string within the first couple of days).

The pickups are just fine, and tremolo is excellent, not ruing the tuning, even after hours of fiddling with it. The tuners are a little on the cheap side, but once you tune the strings, they stay. No scratches, no marks, no problems whatsoever ... I recommend it for anyone who wants to learn and doesn't want to spend much. It will probably never sound like one of those expensive guitars, but it is way above decent, and can be part of any gig.
