More Guitar than I bargained for! Good to go right out of the box Can't put it down! My go to guitar for the last year!! Long live the Tele
Great guitar for the price
I need to start with the fact that this is a very good looking instrument. It just looks great and far more expensive than it really is. It is light and handles well. The neck is super comfortable. Out of the box, there were no sharp frets or any damages, loose screws or ferrules although I could notice one or two tiny dings in the fretboard. Nothing that impacts playability and is only visible from up close. The pickguard looks a bit cheap but it doesn't really bother me. The tuners are decent, they work just fine, the guitar holds tune and sounds great. It is really good deal for the money. I'm very happy with it and I think I found myself a new favorite.
Great entry level guitar
A beautiful guitar that wonât let you down, specially considering the price
Perfect for a beginner
There really isnât so much to say. The quality is good, no sharp frets, action is low enough, frets arenât very dry. The guitar is easy to play, doesnât cost much, and to be honest, i canât imagine a better guitar for the price! Like truly, the value for the money is just insane! The guitar holds her tune for long, and i have no complaints. Very satisfied
close but not quite
I ordered this tele clone with my hopes high mostly because of the positive rating it had, unfortunatelly the guitar wasnt exactly what i was expecting, the woods, the color finish and the parts were not bad of course but the really high action on the neck and the tasteless sound of the pick ups made me think that if i had to keep this guitar i should have invest more money in a professional setup and change of pick ups to something better, so in my honest opinion this guitar is totally worth the money and it offers good and quality materials(for the price) on the final instrument BUT, you will need more money to make a bunch of adjustaments and make it a guitar that you will really be pleased to play and enjoy. I hoped i helped
Quality without exception.
A budget guitar may turn out to be my go to guitar. After working on guitars for 35 years I found and am amazed by this beautiful line of guitars!
Well done!!!!
Very Good for Very small money
I'm old enough to remember it being impossible to find a cheap guitar that was playable - so this is very welcome as a decent cheap spare stage guitar. Intonation and action were sorted out easily on this. I put a piezo bridge on and had a good look through the wiring. Switch, pots etc are all fine. The bridge pickup has a plate and there is a separate earth wire under the ashtray - so all good there. Fingerboard is a little narrow and neck a little thick for my liking - however they work with the 12" radius. I like the neck pickup but the bridge is weak - lacks the growl I want from a tele. I'll probably put a pair of tex mex on it
Be aware that this is not made from solid wood. It's some kind of MDF. I carve a forearm contour in my teles so in this case I had to paint - no big deal but be aware!
10/10 for the price.
this guitar is a work of art for the price. if i was handed this blindly and told this was a mim fender, i would believe you. it sounds absolutely beautiful. very shimmery and bright, and the neck is phenomenal. if you want a tele, you cannot beat this.
Fantastic guitar!!!
I bought this along with an SC-450 (see other reviews) in one bundle to save on shipping to the US. I've tried Teles and other T-style guitars before, but never bonded with them. This guitar made me a Tele man again! The only thing I didn't care for was the tuners. They held tune just fine, but felt cheap so I swapped them out for some Wilkinsons. Other than that, I swapped out the pots and wiring, but there was nothing wrong there. I just have a lot of extra parts lying around. There is no reason at all to swap the pickups - they're great as-is!
Incredible.
My new favorite electric guitar. Incredible quality telecaster guitar. The ONLY thing that feels cheap on the guitar is the pickup switch a little wobbly and one tiny imperfection in the finish, but other than that- incredible tone. Came set up well, low action, looks awesome. Can NOT beat the price. Love it. Sounds AWESOME TOO.
