Very Impressed

you just can't knock these strings at a fraction of the price of most other makes.

Great, just sort the string wraps

They don't align so they look at bit odd

Otherwise really great strings that last an age!

Inexpensive and good sounding strings

At this price, you can't really go wrong for the good sound you get.

Very good strings for the price.

Great tone

They sound really good on my fretless bass and have a lot of value for the price. Of course the quality is not at its best.

Great Value Bass strings

Can't really go wrong at the price. I was a little skeptical when buying these strings as they cost around 25% of the usual proprietary brands I use. I have tried them on Fender Jazz and Precision basses, and Ibanez basses and have been pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the results. I have yet to see how long they retain their tone compared to the leading brands, but they seem to be holding up well. Being nickel coated they are a little warmer sounding than steels, which sound brighter and I prefer. In summary they are outstanding value, and most players could afford to keep a couple of spare sets in the gigbag. Recommend any player to give these a try. Well done Harley Benton for another very decent budget product.

Cheap and Cheerful

Great strings to buy in bulk due to the affordability. I wouldn't say these strings stay fresh for a long time but the price means you can buy many sets and change your strings regularly.

Well priced set of Bass Strings

Bought theses strings to replace the strings on my Squire Bass, I was tempted in by the low cost, but as only an occasional Bass player I didn't want to spend too much but was very pleased with the quality of these strings.

Great strings for a great price

I don't see a reason not to try these!

Sound great, feel great. They sound full and crisp, like fresh strings should.

For this price you can buy a few packs without without busting the bank! :)

Good value

While perhaps not as good as premium brands, these strings are perfectly usable. In fact for bedroom practice I really don't see the point of putting more expensive strings on.

Good strings, most of the time.

I have been using them for several years now and I have to say that the quality control is not always the best. In the last set I used, I had 2 dull strings out of 4 ! Not good ! But this is rare and they are really good strings otherwise and for the price paid I am happy to keep buying them for now.

Not bad!

I was expecting some bad grade strings in a case of emergency, ordered 2 packs.

But I was curious and decided to try the out. Turns out (as the header of this review), they're not bad!

They do the job well. I really don't feel like they're cheap or bad.

If you're on a budget, don't care about strings and/or want to try something new, I recommend them!

Excellent value

I don't play the bass that often so these strings are perfect for me. Not too expensive but quality!

Great deal

These bass strings will last you an eternity and do a very good job for the price.

Of course you won't get the same quality that the high rollers like D'addario or GHS give you, but they do the job well.

Very happy with them.

Look for the price

I think for this price (under 5€!) you can't make anything wrong with these bass strings from Harley Benton. Of course you can't expect any miracles and you have to relate it to the price. For example, most the time I am using the Elixir Nanoweb Medium Long Scale strings which cost more than 40€. And yes I think these are the better sounding ones and of course they are holding the promise the give, they sound great for a long time, much longer than the Harley Bentons I think. But for this price they are an alternative maybe for an reserve bass or a second one you don't use so much and often like your first bass.

Good cheap bass strings

Good sounding strings, I bought them to mix in a set for a squier bass vi. The quality is as good as any other budget bass string I've tried, and for the price, these come highly recommended.
