Great Guitar Stand

I needed a guitar stand where I could hang my guitar due to me using the BOSS wirless system in my guitar jack, and on my explorer guitar a normal guitar stand where bottom of guitar sits on stand, meant it was to easy for the boss wirless jack connection to get damaged. So I bought thids Hurcules Stand. It is very compact so easy to bring to gigs, the mechanism for adjusting the stand height is excellent and very easy to do with one hand. The stand legs are not very long/wide so it doesn't take up much space, yet is still very sturdy. An excellent guitar stand for any guitar

Surprisingly good!

I just wanted a stand for my bass that doesn't rely on the body just sitting in a cradle. I got this because it locks around the neck. I didn't realise how awesome the automatic locking mechanism actually is. You just set the instrument down onto the clamp and it clicks down around it, the body of the bass rests against the foam padded front legs of the stand. To grab your instrument you just pick it back up and it automatically releases. It's actually my favourite method now by far.

This is the most stable and secure stand you can get. However, it's bigger then the ones only holding the bottom. Very nice build quality too.

Holds guitars

Very stable and easy to adjust the height for the instrument. Folds down very compact. Holds my P-bass and Tele perfectly.

I can finally sleep at night

Having two kids and a cat, I was really worried about the potential damage my bass could endure and this stand really delivers on its promise of stability and practicality.

The build quality feels strong, the adjustable tripod feels really stable. Also, the "auto-grab" feature adds another layer of security.

After buying one for my bass, I got another for my guitar and, almost a year later, I do not regret the peace of mind it provides.

So easy to use

Super happy with this. So easy to use, even when you're in a hurry. I've bumped it a few times too but has never even wobbled. Also easy to fold up and take with you. Well designed and built.

Quality and sturdy guitar stand!

I have a number of guitars and basses that I rotate in use. This stand works with all of them, from nylon-string guitars to 12-string guitars, and with every bass guitar I've tried on it.

The quality of Hercules stands is legendary, and this one maintains that tradition.

The "automatic" gripping action makes this stand easy to use. It securely holds the instrument without damage to the finish or the instrument neck and headstock.

I would buy this stand again!

Best guitar stand ever....

This is definitely the best guitar stand ever made. Although it is not the cheapest one, it is of highest quality. Both my guitars, acoustic one and electric, fit perfectly to the stand. It is very useful for on-stage use as well as for having it in the living room to quickly and securely put your guitar away for a while and then just grab it and continue with jamming... It is also very handy for transportation since it is folded down very compactly to a small sized object which can be carried around in your backpack. It is also very strong - you cannot broke it easily...

Very robust

I use this stand for my Mex Stratocaster.

It is quite robust. The locking system responds really well, you can drop your guitar in confidence.

It takes some space on the floor, but nothing crazy honestly.

I recommand.

Best choice

This is the only right choice for a guitar stand. your instrument can't fall down while it is on this stand. it require a little bit more space that a standard stand, but totally worthed it

Solid, stable and no fuss

I have several of these stands that I use this for my electric guitars and find that it is super stable and trustworthy.

It is easy to setup and feels very sturdy however the earlier version where the neck holder could not be folded do feel slightly more reliable and had they not changed that it would be all 5 stars as the new neckholder seems less sturdy.

I would however still buy it as I find it is good value for the price.

Really good for various body shapes

If you have a guitar that might not fit a basic stand, this will do the trick most likely. Sturdy and due to its design, it can hold more exotic shapes, such as V body shapes and others. The neck spot is also good.

The neck hold is fairly narrow, so it is unlikely it will fit larger 7-8 string necks.

Very good quality! I bought this as a gift for my bassplayer, he was so thankfull.

You don't have to be afraid your instrument will drop that easy with this stand. And your instrument will show nicer then on a normal stand

Good stand with no fuss

Pros

-Good sturdy stand that has good adjustment features

-Has little rubber peaces included for narrow instruments

-The arm can be collapsed for transport

Cons

-Tolerances between different parts of the stand could be better but this could be just enough give when someone pumps into it but I'm still considering it as a con
