Great value & quality acoustic bass

I’ve used this instrument on lots of recordings & it sounds & records really well. Great value.

Useful

I bought this bass to just noodle around as it is a hassle to use my bass amp with the concern of it being too loud. This has just the perfect volume for playing in my room, but it also worked well in the classical band I play in. It may be a bit quiet for some situations, so I use a 15w bass amp and it serves its purpose well.

Sound is nice but the piezo may sound a bit tinny sometimes, but then you can just add more bass.

Overall, good purchase and a good quality instrument from Ibanez

Great acoustic bass for a good price

I have nothing bad to say about this bass except that the tuners on mine came a little stiff, but thats just a minor inconvenience

overall great, but some neck issues

it seems like some days my second fret buzzed alot and on some other days it doesnt even buzz a little, but great sound. I would probably work on mine but at this pricepoint and competition i am surprised

Love it..

Needed a bass for practising and playing unplugged and this bass is just great. Nice, warm tone, it stays in tune and I simply love it. After I got it, I did not touch my electric basses for 2 months..!..

The inbuilt tuner is crap I must say, but who doesn?t have a tuner today.?.

Nice sound, beautiful and sturdy

I am a novice bass player (mainly doing guitar) but this exceeded my expectations.

Great for bedroom rehearsals and when plugged in, was amazing in the studio as well.

Bang for buck

I bought this guitar as a present for my girlfriend, she plays bass but amps are too loud for our apartment. So an acoustic bass was the solution.

Overall this is a great instrument for its price. It plays well and stays in tune relatively well.

Of course this is a cheap guitar, so do not expect incredible specs or quality. But it serves its purpose well, if you're looking for an acoustic bass to use at home.

Great instrument

This was my first acoustic bass, and I think I picked the perfect one. This bass is outstanding for the price, and sounds great. Mine came with a little piece that helps the pickup stick to the interior of the guitar hang loose, but didn't affect playing or sound whatsoever

Nice toy!

I didn't expect too much from a bass in this price range, but i was very pleased when i got this in my hands. This bass is very easy to play and suits well in my arms as the body is quite small. The sound is as big and rich as it can be acoustically and with some tweaking with my amps eq, i could get very good sounds out of it. The quality of the craftmanship, hardware and electronics are good and i love the mahogany finnish. The package included a tool to adjust the neck rod and a spare bridge. This was a nice suprise. All in all - i keep taking this bass to my arms pretty often. Juts to have some fun with it. Nice toy and practice bass!
