In love with this guitar

This is my 5th electric guitar so I've got a perspective on what a decent guitar is and what is not.

It's certainly unique in that I've never played an Ibanez, and this being the first one is definitely a first time experience different from others I have.

I mostly liked it due to its looks, but the tone is very much satisfying for an instrument of this price tier.

Pros:

- Guitar setup well out of the box

- Finish is lovely and I didn't find any scratches on it

- Pickups sound great, mostly for lead or fingerstyle, but humbucker does high gain sounds more than well. Single coils sound great on clean or pushed clean sounds

- Neck feels really good to play, might be personal preference though

- The guitar is crazy light. I can barely feel it hanging from the strap on my shoulder.

- I'm really happy with how the pickup switch feels, very responsive and satisfying with the clicking, feels premium.

- Tone knobs are smooth and firm, also feel premium

- Tuners seem impressively stable, being not locking ones. Also very smooth.

Cons:

- the input jack requires a bit more force to put my cable inside, as well as requiring quite a bit of force to pull the cable out. This is my first guitar that has the input jack in this position so it might be a usual thing, but it seems a bit much compared to my other guitars (usually side mounted input jacks)

- the frets are a bit dry, as well as the fretbars, having the "scratchy" feeling when I bend and press the strings sometimes. Possibly could be fixed with oiling the fretboard and fretbars

All in all, I'm perfectly satisfied with this guitar, and I'm very happy with how it looks, plays and feels.
