Ibanez SR300EBL-WK

Just WOW!!

just wanted to rate this product because it has everything a bass player could want (my opinion!) This particular Ibanez (SR300EBL-WK) is packed with flexibility and easily compares to basses twice (even 3x) the price. This is my second one - the first is still in perfect condition, but I bought this as a spare; always good to have. The weight? I have electric guitars that are heavier than this! It's a great light weight, perfect for gigging 3 or 4 nights a week. Between this and the Markbass amp, I can get pretty much any tone that I need. In fact, the bass can be so snappy for slap and pop lines but also warm and round for deeper lines WITHOUT changing anything once you'e found a tone that you like. I've had other players approach me saying that every note was distinct, even in intricate basslines. For me, this is a sure winner - and it was a no-brainer deciding to get a second one!
