Very powerful.

You'll struggle to find something that this midi box doesn't do compared to other midi boxes. Prepare for your head to explode with the setup process if you're using it within a complex band setup though. The amount of routing options is overwhelming and the interface isn't at all intuitive. It doesn't just work right out of the box, but if you're into midi then you probably expect that.

Studio essential..

My only regret with this is I didn't buy the larger XL. It's an essential piece of gear for anyone with multiple synth modules. Once you've configured all your channels you can route anything to anywhere - can't do that with a midi merge box. Software is a bit unstable as tends to crash if you switch something connected off. Other than that, brilliant.

nice midi router with RTPmidi support

I wanted a midi router that supported USB devices, MIDI DIN and midi over ethernet.

This router delivers this nicely, in a small compact and well made product. The tutorial videos are very good, and got me up n' running very quickly.

my only 'gripes' are:

- currently, there is no manual - only the aforementioned videos

- the web interface is a bit cumbersome in places

however, I this is due to it being a very new product, and Im sure iConnectivity will address over the coming weeks.
