Good stand for three keyboard

The highlight of this keyboard stand is that the height is higher than the similar product.I want to put three keyboard in this stand with additional arms.Stand of other brand seems a little bit short for three keyboard use.

The quality of the stand is quite good.Even I pull out to the maximum length, with korg Kronos 88 on the top two support arms inclined at a 15° angle, the shake is very little. It feels quite stable and durable.

In a word.K&M 18860 Spider Pro is a good choice for you.

Excellent keyboard stand

I use this with 2 keyboards for live gigs.

First of all, once you know it, it is really easy to assemble and can be put in small form that fits bag. Height adjustment, arm adjustment and tilted upper arms are perfect for matching any keyboards (I use many different). You can also buy accessories as stand for micro-keyboard, or microphone stand, etc., which is ideal. Plastic holders are great for arranging cables. Design is neat and black is really elegant. It is really stable.

Cons: because of black colour traces can be seen on surface if you accidentally hit it. When you have it all set up with keyboards and all, and you want to move whole thing, you must be careful, because if you pull it legs can close when pulling and stand can roll over.

Otherwise really great product! König&Meyer really holds its reputation on quality!

Strong and sturdy stand with many adjustment options

I bought this stand with an additional pair of upper arms to contain a range of hardware sequencers, drum machines and synths.

Easy to set up and very strong.

The most useful Spider in the World

Couple years ago I've stuck with the problem: usage of 2 keyboards simultaneously needs good solution. Standard "X"-styled stands are really not good. They can be really good for 1 keyboard, and even quite stable and comfortable. But them are not suitable really, if you use 2 (or more) keyboards at the same time. Different stands have their own problems (most of them were born in attempts to solve some other problems :) ). As result - these solutions are really not good enough (or at all - depends from specific model).

And, some time ago, when I look for Nightwish concert, I noticed quite interesting and unusual stand, which stays as rock, surviving the storm of emotions of Tuomas Holopainen. I starting to looking for this magic stand, found it in different groups, and finally, catch the frame with close-look for this stand, where I was able to read name - Spider. All other - just a technical question. And for now - I'm happy owner of Spider Pro.

It stands without any movements, when I perform, using my two keyboards (important note - one of my synthesizers has weight about 15.5 kg (!)), the only little problem, that arms, which hold keyboard slightly springy under during performance, but this is not a problem at all.

Another great feature of Spider Pro - this is a module system. I use Sheet Music Holder, which can be easily attached in a couple of seconds by one hand movement - very comfortable!

Height adjustment is another great function. You can fix "arms" for keyboards or any other additional modules at any suitable level without head-acke for changes in distance between arms, angle of "second floor" etc. You can just slide holders of Spider downward and use it at any needed height, so you can perform sitting or staying - without any problems or inconvenience.

When Spider Pro is folded - it just a compact pillar.

And last (for my review, not for Spider) greate thing - this stand takes much less place on stage, then other stands, and save for me possibility to use place under it for pedals or foot-switches.

The only thing - is quite big weight (about 10-11 kg), but this is reasonable price for incredible stability on stage!

Summing: Incredible, stable, compact, module, adjustable - this is the 5 words, which should appear in the mind, when you speak about K&M Spider Pro. Thanks to it's creators!

Great quality stand

Been using this stand for over 3 years now, it might be slightly heavy to carry BUT it's a strong stand, I use it for two heavy keyboard and it's very steady! Totally worth it.

Great stand , very sturdy. But Heavy!

Great stand. Really sturdy and looks so much better than your normal keyboard stand. Great for use in Pop, really adds a modern look to the stage. Bear in mind it verrrry sturday and well made so is quite heavy!

Solid well built Stand but heavy

This is a solid well built stand that is also very adjustable and adaptable.

Downside is that it is heavy and bulky to store.

Having said that once set up it is safe to support heavy expensive keyboards in a live situation.

The Best Stand - K&M 18860 Spider Pro Black

I love this Spider Pro Stand.

Firstly, it's made in very good quality, and it holds both my keyboards very good. Secondly, it is really nice and attracts attention.

Thirdly, I like the design of it and it could not have been better than this.

I have already recommend this to all my friends who plays keybaord or piano.

Portable, heavy structure.

Spider pro black is a gig friendly keyboard stand. Its trumps are visual appearance and its great portability.

The stand goes into very small space and therefore is gig friendly.

The visual appearance is stage friendly. It's not eye catching and it has smooth lines.

The functionality is a bit of a problem. The feet are usually in the way of pedals. You have to set keyboards far from the actual spine of the stand to avoid the feet interfering pedal use.

K&M18860 Sider

I bough this for portability in gigging which does the job. However the top arms are not balanced and the top KB sits squint which means I have to pack it out.

Worst feature is that there is nowhere near enough space for all the pedals I use when gigging.

Going to swap back to my music studio at home and retire it from gigging. Pity as it was easy to transport and use.
