Hold my tablet

This was to replace my stolen ipad holder.

It's a good bit of kit and I like that's adaptable so if you change tablet you don't have to change holder.

That said the trade off is it's not quite a snug a fit as one made specifically for the tablet you have.

Just the job !

Really well built , easy to adjust, goes flat if needed & holds the iPad great.

I use it on a boom stand , it seemed to stick out quite far on a straight stand unless you have it on the side which looks great too.

very pleased & would buy it again tomorrow if needed , i can say the same for every type of K&M stand I've bought so far ..great products

Reliable holder

At K&M, not everything is top notch, but this holder is really stabke and very reliable on stage or other area?s where I put it down for a gig.

Solid and functional iPad holder

I am using this to mount an iPad to my hi-hat stand, which it does, perfectly. The support arm and stand clamp are sturdy and lock the ipad holder securely in place. No worries about swiping the screen and the holder moving - once tightened in place, it isn't going anywhere.

The holder itself grasps the iPad very securely, but it's still very easy to mount and remove the iPad, though it is a two hands operation.

Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would readily buy another one if needed.

iPad Stand for function/corporate gigs

This stand has completely outperformed the previous iPad holders I have used. It's rugged and well-built, but not too heavy at the same time. You can have the iPad and various different angles and it also fits most microphone stands.

I've been using the week-in, week-out with various function bands and in numerous club gigs. My last iPad stand was by no means inexpensive and managed to snap in transit. I don't have the same worries with the K&M one. I've also noticed that more and more fellow musicians are utilising the same model, which is more than enough of an endorsement for me.

I'd be interested to see whether K&M develop the actual mechanism for attaching the stand to the mic stand, as it's perhaps the only low-fi element.

K&M are te best hrdware in the world and this holder is no exception. perfect for any ipad use, on any mic holder.

Very good

A perfectly suitable iPad stand. I was a bit daunted by it at first but it works very well. It is quite big but it has the various ways of attaching to things which many of them don't.

Excellent

Brilliant piece of kit. Very sturdy and easy to fit to any mic stand. Feels secure too. A must for any musician using an iPad on stage.

Usual K&M Quality

Very well made, extremely robust. Just be careful to get the correct version for your model of iPad. This one is for Generations 2/3/4.

Does the job but perhaps a bit heavy to carry

Well built but perhaps a bit heavy to carry around if you tour by bus and train as i do...i havent yet tried it in a live situation so yet to be really tested but like all k&m equipment it seems reliable and something ypu could depend on

K&M - is there any point in bothering with anything else?

It holds my iPad. It sticks to the stand like you hope whatever is holding your delicate piece of equipment should. I can spin my iPad from upright to sideways without worrying that it is going to fall out. K&M = being able to get on with my gig without worrying about my kit.

Excellent product, grips the iPad2 perfectly, rotates and stays in place securely.

Very safe and steady

It's most probably my fault...

I bought this after rave reviews from other musicians. When it arrived, my ipad fit perfectly. I was dubious as I thought it'd easily be knocked out or I'd bend it out of shape. It was fine... Until one day, my ipad would not sit in it any longer. I had clearly squashed it in my bag/car/underneath my piano, and no longer worked!! It was wonderful until then, though! Took me about 6 weeks to destroy it and have found other musicians coming out the woodwork saying the same happened to them, but others have had theirs for years!! The clasps are sturdy, it's great that they can fit onto any part of the mic stand, and it easily positioned into the place you want your ipad... Just no good if you can't rest your ipad in!!

SO, if you are the careful type, go ahead, they look smart, light weight and sturdy. If you are clumsy, like me, step away!!

P.s. I'm going to try to bend it back in shape....

This is a great holder for you iPad, It´s really stable so no worries that it would fall. This is for everyone that use the iPad to hold notes and lyrics.

Good and sturdy

A great holder for my iPad, sturdy as always with K&M. Only disadvantage is that I have to take my iPad out of it's protective case before mounting.

Secure and safe mount

Been using one of these for over 2 years now. I added a small extension to my keyboard stand and this clamps onto it, and it as totally replaced all my paper notes, lead sheets etc. It holds it plenty steady even when the keyboard stand is rocking about, and I like how easy it is to flip the iPad between portrait and landscape. It clamps in and out really easily, but is held completely fast when it's in.

Good build quality - works brilliantly with iPad(3) which it holds securely, so I can now dispense with reams of paper on the music stand!
