Very sturdy stand

A very solid stand that will hold any microphone with ease. Was bought to use heavy ribbon mics as overheads and performs it job perfectly. Very heavy, well made. The wheels are a bit small but easy to use and lock. Recommended for anyone who wants a secure stand for their expensive microphones.

Perfect

The stand is perfect. It is extremely stable. The wheels lock and when unlocked it can easily be moved. I am using a very heavy large diaphragm microphone on it, along with an acoustic baffle and it is absolutely perfect.

Perfect heavy stand !!

This is truly the best way I could find to have my Townsend Labs Sphere L22 in a permanent position in my studio.

This is rock solid and full of adjustments, amazing quality !!

Value for money

Value for money is huge thing. It is sturdy. You don't have to put everything with strength to keep position of the mic. I use it for Halo filter + Townsend mic and it keeps position. On plus last element has thread on both sides.

Rock solid stand

Very heavy stand fantastic to hold expensive mics and not worry about dropping the mic.

the only disadvantage is that it is really heavy

Unbelievable

Just what I needed. Now, I can record laying down on the couch if I want, the ability to move it around it genius, and the stability is mindblowing. I have an Aston Halo installed on it, and due to the heaviness, I'm getting another K&M Counterweight. But it still holds. The quality is so luxurious, and the fact that I can record with foot space is perfect.

It's a perfect heavy duty stand.

The existing stand was an inexpensive product, so it was difficult to attach a heavy microphone or adjust the length as much as you wanted. If I had to buy a stand anyway, I decided to buy a good one enough. Of course, the budget was a bit hard to buy a catch called the ultimate stand.

It's a perfect heavy duty stand for every situation.

The perfect center of gravity, the length enough to stretch, and the wheels for transport are perfect.

One disadvantage is that the stand arm, which is connected to the last microphone, is not properly secured and shakes from side to side.

It seems to come from the fundamental structure of the stand. However, this phenomenon is not fatal in using, but it is regrettable that it is true.

The most professional

Since the product came to my studio, the whole subject of singing recordings has progressed upwards, a must stand in any studio that considers itself.

And no background noise ,,

Beauty of a professional product. Recommend to any such stand studio, you will not regret it.

Love it

Finally, a microphone-stand that can handle heavy microphones and is (relatively) not bulky. Very easy to handle.

Robust, as it should be

Very sturdy. Can hold the heaviest ribbon mics in various positions. The product came with a couple of 20mm cable holders, which is nice.

robust, stable, well designed

I use it for conference calls - 1) to use a handsfree mic instead of a headset and 2) to free up desk. This is probably not the intended purpose but it works well for me.

The stand is very stable. If the counterweight is properly positioned, the mic arm stays in balance with very little tightening of the screw handle.

When the vertical bar is in its lowest position (~ 1m 40 cm from the floor - about height level of a person sitting on a chair), the horizontal arm can be moved around 365 degrees with the castors fixed. It can be fixed with the vertical bar screw if necessary.

The stand takes up some space but can be used at home. If used at home, it is a good idea to place it near a wall and not in the middle of a room.

Overall this is a top quality product. I find nothing wrong either with the design or the materials.

Great stand

I use heavy ribbons for overhead recordings which are nearly impossible to use on normal stands.

Very solid and good build quality.
