in short: Handling&features: a lot of space with settings, flexible at first sight Sound: too soapy for me. I tried to use it in line of interfaces (Clarett 8PreX, RME Fireface), with Vox AC30, Yerasov Detonator, - too soapy sound for me, not enough punch, crisps in overdrive channel. In the mix, it sounds OK (live with a band or in a recording) but definitely it is not my sound. Clear channel is nice, butter, smooth sound. Anyway, the preamp sounds very nice and has a lot of sustain for deep, piercing solos in Gary Moor manner. Also, when you go for boost, you can get very nice feedback from you guitar and amp. Huge! quality: the power supply became dead in a month. it has specific polarity, so I couldn't found a replacement quickly so now preamp is not in use at all :/ Someday I will try to use it again but now... heh.. The box made as a tank, solid, nice knobs, rotating smoothly. When using switches, they go with clicks, little clutches in sound, so it is not so nice as I would be expected from the preamp in this price range. Overall: I will try to check this box again to try all other stuff. But I need to fix the power supply first :)
