Great classic synth, poor speakers

The battery operation and speakers are a great add-on on the classic microkorg, but the quality of sound that comes through the speakers is horrible, it distorts and resonates even at low volume. Also, the lack of usb connection for easy midi controlling is pretty frustrating given the fact this is a 2017 product...
