Korg PC-2 Pitchclip 5-stars Reviews
my go-to tuner, to set-up my guitar, or for a quick tune-up live or/and in studio!
this one is without a doubt, a life saver!
all this years I was setting up my guitar with the D'Addario micro tuner, but in the end, it became a little frustrating, because the micro tuner is by default badly designed, as far as it's claw is concerned, but this lil fella just grips onto your guitar, and is holding on for dear life! and it's clamp mechanism is reallyyyy strong! this is my second one, my first I have had for 5-6 years and is STILL going strong!
used a Polytune too a couple of times, but I can't get used to that "all strings at once" way of tuning, I'm too old for that sh*t! but this Korg fella shines just as bright on stage, and the big on/off button helps you get into tune in between songs really quick!
for the price, it's definitely a steal! so go get one, guys! what are you waiting for?
Great product ðð¾
Very precise. That was important to me.
A little awkward viewing angle but overall a great product
Great tuner
So far one of the best clip on tuners I ever had. And I had many many of them. Others brake, are not accurate or tend to drain battery. So far I am really happy with this one.
It's good!
It is a small and very efficient tuner clip which does exactly what you expect.
Precise ,small and made with pretty good quality.
10/10
good
i got this cause i got tired of having to use my phone to tune my guitar down to different tunings and this clip on tuner does the job!
This one is third already. Simple, easy to use and accurate. Be aware, cannot change the pitch only 440Hz.
Simple and perfectly accurate
works perfectly for electric and acoustic bass.
The perfect tool
It's easy, it works. it's perfect.
excelent
very accurate and fast to tune
Awesome tuner
This is a must have for all.
Well... a tuning clip.
I use this clip regularly since two years- even for base and ukulele, and have never had any issues.
The "southpaw" mode is quite useful: I am right-handed, but like to clip it on facing the back of the headstock, which I think is more esthetically pleasing then the "traditional" way, and very comfortable to use.
Even when the battery was quite low (which is indicated by flashing), it still works for quite some time.
excellent
works great on all my basses, including my double bass!
The PC-2 is much better than the original Korg Pitchclip
The original Korg Pitchclip had major problems with tuning wound or lower-note strings. This was a huge problem if you tuned your higher strings based off of your lower strings. The PC-2 has vastly improved its accuracy with lower-note/wound strings and is the next step for Korg's tuners.
Tuner.
Done really well.
It's simple and tunes, pretty well. Solid job.
VFM
Value-for-money pitchclip, excellent and fast tuning with such a small tool. Loving it.
Does it well
Works fine, and shipped fast
Sleek-looking and useful
I love this little thing. It looks stylish and sleeks, so I am not ashamed to have it clipped to my guitar. It glows bright enough and the tuner itself can lock on to notes quite fast without wobbling around. It's useful, always in my gigbag, and I am happy with this purchase.
Makes life much easier!
This is my first clip on tuner, and I use it for my Gibson Les Paul and Cuenca classical guitar. Makes life much easier and does a pretty good job of tuning both guitars. For my classical guitar I need to clip it on as close to the body as possible since I guess it doesn't efficiently capture the vibrations if it's clipped on at the end of the head stock. Regarding features, this tuner is quite straight forward, on-off switch and it's ready to tune! Have been using it for little over two months now and problem with the battery yet, however haven't used the auto turn off feature, I turned it off manually right when I am done tuning!
Unbeatable quality for the price
Got this to tune in a hurry without being plugged in, as I use a pitchblack pedal when I do.
This clip-on tuner is surprisingly small but does its job perfectly, even when checking with its bigger pedal brother. Response time is fast, and it tracks low A / B without issues. The display is very readable in a bright environment and not overpowering in the dark.
It would be 100% perfect if the display could rotate "up and down" as well, and there are sometimes some vibrations that can be heard coming from the unit when tuning (no influence on teh actual tuning accuracy).
All in all, can't beat it for the price, would recommend to anyone.
