KRK Rokit RP5 G4 White Noise 5-stars Reviews
Incredible value and quality
Remarkably detailed sound, beautifully easy to set up, perfect for bedroom recording set-up, can be married to a subwoofer for a bit of extra oomph, but unless you're mixing hardcore dance music, they're pretty adequate as they are. Also make for great general purpose speakers for the PC. Excellent for watching video, although obviously no surround sound capacity.
an excellent product
It is a very good product, its performance is excellent for its price, I recommend it to everyone
My main equipment in my studio
The sound quality is on top, in comparison with the JBL 305 mkII for example. Good punchy bass, and yes, these are not super bass monitors (don't be fooled by YouTube propaganda, it's 99% false, only my own listening.)
On top, on a par with Edifier mr4 (yes, yes, these are also pre-top speakers).
Clear vocals, there is a middle, in contrast to the JBL 305, which almost do not have it.
Cool logo on the front.
Perfect for the price point
Everything is more than ok, especially at this price point...
only negative: RCA would have been nice to connect a phone while using the KRK app to set the monitors up...
Good monitors
They're my first monitors. Wanted to play guitar through plugins. Took me 5mins to get the sound I liked, the app's suggested preset really worked. I wish these monitors had BT connection, would listenbto spotify
Better than expected!
I have Yamaha HS8, but I needed smaller monitors for my smaller desk. Didn't know much about KRK and didn't have high expectations for low price monitors. After hearing first sounds I had this wierd feeling like I won with lottery ticket. I bet that for most ears it sound fantasic. Bass is great for such small speakers. Very satified with product.
Pretty good monitors!
These are good for the money - reasonably neutral and easy to set-up. Build quality is 8/10, if you really want to be pedantic there are some visible glue marks in places, but overall feel very solid. The sound is very good for my small studio - I think they would struggle in a medium size room. I added a sub because the 5'' cones (unsurprisingly) struggled with the lower frequencies , but mids and highs are pretty good. One thing to note is that the colour is more of a RAL 9002 than a pure white - if you expect the latter you will be disappointed!
