The best

I've bought these and a Focusrite iTrack Dock along with my new iPadAir2, I think I'm done with studio gear shopping for a while. Selling old stuff and buying a new car with that money, maybe even a boat.

They are worth double in comparison to all the others I've tryed. If you are willing to spend 300¤, don't waste your time searching like me. This is it...period.

The best for the price

These really are very good for the price, and relative to genelec's comparing the sound vs price. Really built well and the connectors are pretty good quality. As near field monitors at ?300 for a air your really will not find better in that range. for cutting videos we prefer the 5' versions compared with the 6' but that is our opinion.

So good we bought 4 sets for our tier 2 edit suites.

Super Monitors For Home Studio

The previous ROKIT G2 models have been the speakers in my office editing suite for the past five years. So, as you can imagine, I was very interested in seeing what has been changed in Generation 3. KRK sent me the 5" version; I received one of the first pairs in the country a few months prior to launch and was sworn to secrecy.

After about a week of bass-thumping burn-in, I put the ROKIT G3s straight to work. One of my jobs is as the Audio and Technical Director of Grace Church in Racine, WI, and my tasks there include recording and editing podcasts, mixing sound for video, and mastering the music from Sunday morning services. As I mentioned before, this is where the ROKIT 5 G2 monitors have lived for the past half a decade, so I know them well.

very good quality speakers for a home studio users.

Those speakers were bought as a replacement for my dj studio monitors. My room at the moment is not very big so I was looking for a set of good quality studio speakers. After the first day of use I felt in love with them ;) . Sound is very rich and perfect for doing and mixing music. The size of the low end speaker is very small but it's enough to produce loud sound with enough bass. The eq at the back give you the option to adjust the high and low frequencies for our needs. One of best features is the auto turn off after 20min (when not used). quality finished speakers for a reasonable price.

Great value

I've just completed set up of my home studio. I did a lot of research before I committed to purchase because if you get this part wrong well it wont matter what else you have. These are just perfect for my needs, limited space, limited experience, limited talent.

Using microbrute, beatstep, korg volca beats and bass with behringer mixer. I was previously using a fender amp which was distorting and making all sorts of nasty sounds. These little beauties although not massively powerful are exactly what I needed. I love 'value for money' and I can honestly say these are the best value out there.They look great and they are very responsive especially around the low end. I believe as a beginner I have made a very wise choice.

Excellent Monitors

I do all my mixes and monitoring on these KRK RoKits. They have a great frequency response especially around the low end which is surprising because they are quite small in size. Such a good price as well

Amazing speakers! I was afraid that bass would be too silent but i was wrong. Bass is insanely loud even in low volumes and this 5 inch driver really fills the room. This speaker also has very nice clarity and crisp highs. I would recommend this product for every one.

Stunning monitors but the box which delivered to me was liquid unfortunatelly maybe on transport, but inside all was unmodified. You should be more carefully at next time.

awesome speakers soubnd a lot bigger than they look

I have owned some very high end speakers from Adam's to Se Munro's to Genelec's...and these totally surprised me and completely blew me away. Nice tight low end aswell as superb clarity all for just over £200??

If buying consider the size of the room, but, these should be great in aspect of DJ or music production.

Quality reproduction

The KRK Rokit is one of the most renowned studio monitors around the world, offering quality sound reproductions. I have found the monitors give an exellent mid and high end response and a reasonable response to frequencies under 50-60 Hz, this is to be expected however due to the lack of a sub monitor. The dB control knobs come in very handy when mixing at particularly high or low sound pressure levels. I have not really felt the need to use the high and low pass filters included however as I did not wish to alter the out put signal being sent from my DAW to the monitors. The versatile input signal inputs give the user of these monitors complete control of the monitors regardless of the output type on your desk/interface, be it balanced TRS, balanced XLR or unbalanced RCA connections.

KRK Rokit5 G3 really rock!

Excellent nearfield speakers cannot really fault them, clear and precise image, top and bottom adjustment to suit your room. The only thing I found was that they turn off if not used for a while and then sometimes require more volume than you may have been listening previously to re-activate them also the yellow cone may not fit your environment or partner:-)
