Could be a perfect guitar ...

Pros

Exellent playability ... best action and neck ever.

Warm acoustic sound with lots of bass

Sounds better acoustically then a lot of expensive acoustic guitars

Says in tune forever

Nice looking

Cons

The round shape of the back is difficult, even with a strap. The delivered silicon pad falls off all the time. I bought another one in a shop that stays on better.

As soon as you use the effects acoustically you hear buzzing noises, I could solve some of the buzzing by fixing cabling with tape, but not all.

When you plug it into an amp things get worse, there is a constant noise like a flanger that is on, even if the chorus and reverb is off. You can not really bypass it, only lower the level to 0.

For this reason one cannot use it on stage as all that noise is very present. I'll have to by a noise suppressor, but that cannot be the idea. It should be silent, the preamp is horrible.

It is a pity the electronics are no good, otherwise this would be the best guitar ever. But if you cannot use it on stage what's the purpose of buying it?
