My favorite brand

but I've now tried a few brands and like these the most. I don't play blues, but more of a folky, country rock, and they feel and sound really good. I also like the way you can get spare plates for them. Easy to play.

Lee Oskar Eb

Good basic harmonica equivalent to Hohner Special 20. Special key for Bb blues, not used much. Lee Oskars are a good choice for starters, but if you are starting, go for the keys of C, A and Bb as these should cover most blues collaborations with other musicians. Add G and D to cover other keys.
