Excellent quality

As you would expect from LP, also a fair price, considering the work that goes into producing these heads. Nice consistent thickness.

A very good buy, I would certainly purchase again.

Need help fitting it ? - This is an excellent guide and hilarious!

Really Nice BUT...

High quality head but it's really thick. I would not recoment to pick this for small series congas (e.g Meinl Headliner, Pearl primero) because it will be hard(but not impossible) to fit under the rims. Choose the quinto size head for smaller congas. Also perfect Tumbas(Big size).

Greatheads for the price

These heads sound better than those i got delivered on expensive meinl conga?s. I rated them 4 on 5 because off course there are better heads when you pay 100¤/head. But for this price, you cant go wrong with these. It is big fun applying them yourself!

Great skins, great sound.

I bought these skins to put on some 1970's vintage fibreglass LPs and have had great feedback. I soaked them for 8 hours, and followed the LP conga reskinning video on YouTube - the advice to leave 3/4" between the playing surface and the rim (I have cuban/traditional style rims so need playing clearance) was a useful guide, and left me with smart looking playable drums.

I chose the 20" heads to give me enough skin to work with. This might have been a happy accident because the thickness worked out just right. I don't know if the Quinto and Tumba heads are different thicknesses. If I was to buy again, I think I'd still choose these.
