LP LP188 Foot Tambourine Reviews
Comfortable and good sound!
An amazing accessory
The price is cheap, but definitely not the quality! This foot tambourine fits comfortably on shoes and goes well in combination with playing guitar, cajon or other percussive instruments. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for something extra to do with your feet while playing an instrument.
Hea soundiga tamburiin ja meeldib, et väike, kvaliteedis ei jää suurematele alla.
Exactly what i wanted
Really nice sound, a must-have for cajon players
Very Loud for its size
The foot tambourine is very easy to use, comfortable and loud in a good way.Cannot go wrong especially at this price tag.
I use these all the time!
These are terrific fun! I've been using them in my church now for a little while, in conjunction with a cajon and I have to say that I love using them. They really add an extra dimension to my percussion.
Great design and clear sound
Robust red plastic tambourine that is moulded to fit snugly on the top of you shoe or foot if you play barefoot. The elastic appears to be sourced from a strong enough material that doesn't look like it will snap in a hurry. The sound is great, a gentle but clear timbre and you can vary the volume by how hard you hit the ground. Still early days but noticed that there is scope to develop technique by shaking foot a little as well as tapping foot. Excellent way of adding some percussion to songs whilst playing guitar, ukulele and the like.
Fun and great for the solo gig
Great additive to my solo set. I like it!!!
It has added a lot of color to my solo acoustic set and really helps the crowd join in. I suggest this little guy for any solo performer.
Handy Foot Tambourine
I bought this because I wanted to experiment with a bit of percussion whilst playing semi-acoustic sets.
I was quite happy with what I bought. It fitted well to my shoe and rarely slipped of - only really when I thumped very enthusiastically.
The Sound was alright. To be fair this is not a full tambourine so it'll never have the best quality sound; but it still lacked some of the beef I was hoping for. But, over all it as still quite good and is still very handy when you've no hands free and want to give a little percussion.
very nice
easy to play and really adds it?s flavour to grooves
Sweet sounding mini tambourine
Really solidly build but not quite sure about the elasticated band, will have to see how it holds up in practice but it makes a pleasant jangle and attaches easily to ones shoe! Useful as a guitarist for practice as it tells ones timing!
sounds great
I'm a percussionist and have a lot of gig end up using the Cajon. I soon started to expand my kit. I already have a foot cowbell and this one adds complementary to my gear.
I tended to thought I needed to but a bigger one. I hesitated a lot, but the reviews convinced me. Never expected that this small tambourine could soon as great as it does.
sweet bargain!

Perfect for adding simple percussion.
Fits snugly on your shoe and definitely won't come off. Ideal for solo guitarists, a two piece band or for percussionists playing cajon. Sounds really nice and bright without being too overpowering. Easy to control the volume. Though I would say it does have the potential to be loud enough to be heard in a pub band two piece situation.
Using it to busk with, it's sounding good.
I bought this mainly to busk with, and to use at Open Mic nights. When i have been using it whilst busking it sounds really good. I did look at the Meinl but after hearing them both on Youtube, there was no competition. In my opinion this sounds soooo much better then the Meinl. The Meinl one is flat and lacks clarity, this one has jingle and sparkle. I have large feet (size 13/EU 47), and when i put it round my foot i was a bit scared the elastic might snap, but i didn't have a problem. I rate quality four as i have had it for long, so i don't know how long it will last, so i can't give it top marks. Having said all that i would definetley recommend it...
Simple and nice
Simple and nice tambourine-sound for sing-along and simple gigs.
Easy enough to put on the foot.
The material quality seems fine,
although I haven't tested it for a long period.
This is an amazing little product, with a shocking amount of projection, which I have nicknamed the "Shoebourine".
It is very sturdy and solid, and the red finish is very cool.
This thing is so versatile and user friendly, that my girlfriend swiped it from me and uses it for her backing vocal gigs to add a little tambourine back beat.
This will make a cool gift for any musician that can keep time and has a free foot while playing.
Great item
bought this for our cajon player to add an extra depth to the percussion of our skiffle band. Easy to attach to foot, nice sound and doesn't feel too flimsy. He would have preferred a black one to match his trainers though.....
Nice addition to percussion
Really nice addition to percussion and cajon playing. Fits perfectly with rubber band and sounds very well. I´m very eager to test it in next live play.
Small and loud
Just a perfect gadget for small acoustic caffe gigs. It is loud enough so you can easily adjust the "power" needed in order to add some percussion to the music.
Built quality is OK, so I do recommend it.
Does the job
Really ideal for someone who plays guitar and wants to add some percussion. I play guitar in an acoustic two piece and we use these foot tambourines to add to the sound and keep in time. Much easier than just hitting a regular tambourine with your foot, plus a really good, full sound off of it.
Gets the leg muscles going too! :)
Would definitely recommend.
