Excellent fretless bass
This the first fretless bass I've ever purchased, as well as my first Sire bass. This is a dream to play.
All the great things people say about this company are true. Excellent quality and features for an amazing price. I plan on buying more of their instruments.
Great Fretless
Straight out of the box the set up was very good, for the pricepoint this is a fantastic bass, really well made, great sound and playability..
Would recommend sire basses, I have now ordered a 5 string V7 as so impressed with this, plays as well as more expensive bassed that i own.
How can they do it for the money ?????
Brilliant Fretless. I’ve been playing bass for a long long time and tried a friends Sire Marcus Millar Fretless a while ago and was blown away. Now got my own !!!! Build is excellent, better than my Fender Jazz. The neck is sublime. Action was great, needed a bit of a tweak but nothing major. The range of sounds is great, the basic ‘flat’ sound through a good valve amp is wonderful but the eq gives a massive range of possibilities. I really don’t know how Sire can make a bass of this quality for this price. I would really recommend these basses to everyone. Well done Sire.
