Versatile to play for different genres

The sound gives a lot of depth and presence where you want to keep grooving, the tone is naturally deeper because of the ebony wood which gives a lot of versatility.

The only issue I had was the frets where pointy because the wood shrunk and caused some skin rashes, need to fix that.

But in the end, I love this bass tone and for the price I paid for, it was worth it.

OVERVIEW

The sire v7 2nd generation is by far the best bass I’ve owed in this price range. Real value for money. I ordered this bass out of curiosity and now I get what the hype is all about. I would gladly recommend this bass for a beginner, an intermediate or even a professional who is looking for a bass with variety of tones and versatility but does not want to break the bank. Great bass! Great Tone!

Best jazz under 1000€

Best jazz under 1000€, great sound, great asthetics, theres no better bass at this price. Comes with a bad setup tho, and the frets feel sharp at the edges

Great bass, would recommend for anyone looking for a Jazz sound

Well built, versatile instrument. Needs minimal work to get to a great level of sound and comfort. Weight could be a con for some, but with a good strap it's not much of an issue.

Really good bass, for the money

PRO: Great bass, with a very versatile sound and nice overall craftsmanship. For this price range, I think it is probably the best bass you can buy. The preamp is pretty strong.

CON: Not much really. The bass needed a very small set up, but nothing too fancy.
