Meinl Chimes

Being solid these chimes offer a very rounded sound. The metal eye hoop pressed in the wooden piece was a very good addition due that when mounting this to a stand one can rest assured that the wood won't get damaged by any means and the chime is secured firmly.

GREAT value for money!

I bought these chimes to use with my cajon-based percussion set, and I was not disappointed. I didn't want to spend a fortune and decided to get these based on the overall positive reviews and the very fair pricing.

First of all: they look GREAT, and sound as good as they look. For this price I'd be surprised if you can get a hold of any better chimes, and the build quality ensures that they will last for a long time as well.

The only negative thing I have to say is that they could have used an extra hole (maybe with a different size?) as the chime holder I had didn't fit - the hole was too small. I'm not sure if this is a standard size and the one I had was bigger than usual, but I needed to buy a new mount anyway so I wont let this affect the score!
