Meinl PM2BK Maracas Reviews

The sound is great but these Maracas are much bigger and louder then I expected.

It is not possible to imagine their actual size without the picture of them in someone's hands.

Also, they are much louder than one can get from the recordings from the site.

Anyway, sound is nice, they are comfortable, and look beautiful.

Durable with slightly rough sound

If you're looking for a set of maracas that have a thin sound like small shakers, these are not the maracas that you should buy. Their sound is quite rough, most probably they have quite large beads inside and the plastic outside cover makes the sound more rough. Their build makes them have a very good projection though and thus they might be ideal where louder sound production is required.

Great set of maracas

These maracas are at a very affordable price for what you get. The wood handles are a nice touch. The sound is very good but they can be very loud sometiimes and a bit overpowering
