Perfect

I use it to pass to the next cue on QLab using my foot. As a puppeteer it's make possible to control myself lights and sounds.

Bullet-proof Simple Adaptor

This is great, and works as advertise. The only thing that is not perfect in the features is that it needs MIDI power... I presume that a USB version would be nice.
