Nothing Fancy - Does the job

using it with TriplePlay Connect and Wireless as a sound generator.

Reasonable sound quality.

Compact in size.

Good battery life

It works

It does what was promised. Nice touch: it understands incoming midi CC and program change. I bought it as a portable module to hook up a keyboard and practice, but it also works as a metronome source in my live setup (sending midi notes to the unit from Ableton).

No problem with recognizing and powering plug-and-play keyboards.

Sound.... Well it's GM, one shouldn't expect a lot. For practicing it's ok, considering it's small, light and battery powered

Update: the battery life is huge! I think 80% of the device is taken by a battery, so it just lives forever!

perfect for old skool gaming soundtracks

I bought this for access to the GM midi soundbank. as a fan of old retro games like super mario and sonic this is perfect for recreating those old sounds. downside though is that it has a tenancy to reset to the 1st sound on it or sometimes jump at random when trying to use the jog wheel to go through the sounds. I can still work with that but the company who made this might wanna be a bit more strict on quality control so that these bugs get fixed BEFORE they'r rolled out to the public! other than that, it gets the job done! :)

Super handy - good piano sound

I bought this for live performances where I just need a piano sound. This little, and very handy module is just the best for the purpose. Small, few functions, 128 sounds (I only use the piano sound, but there are 127 others - particularly nice is also the organ and electric piano).

Great value for money.
