Millenium 7A Carbon Drumstick 1-star Reviews
Lack of Endurance
Just used them on rehearsal... not playing to hard on the cymbals and one of the sticks just broke in half...
Not recomended
This is my third pair of carbon sticks from different manufacturers and I must say that this Millenium series was a total dissapointement.
The stick was vibrating a lot which was very noticable while playing on heavy ride cymbal. A piece of stick broke of after a 5 minute rehersal, no other marks of usage were visible. But durring a live performance of a first song the stick broke - actually it was totaly crushed! Probably due to the fact that the stick is hollow and not made from one whole piece of carbon (as the sticks I used from other companies).
I decided you use carbon sticks beacuse of their durability but this product was a waste of money. :-(
No as good as before
These don't seem as good as the old ones which were very similar to "CarboSticks" which i would give 5 stars. These feel like the carbo/nylon sticks you can get. I'm not sure that I would want to use them live as the sound they make is not as good either.
I'm going to add to this. I just used a pair of these at a gig, they didn't get through the gig. They splinter and crack very easily and I'm a medium hitter. Dreadful.
