Millenium MDT4 Drum Throne Round Reviews
Mllenium MDT4 Instrument Throne
Basically very easy to be installed and is sturdy enough.
It can be used as a seat while play either drums, bass, guitar, etc. or even piano !
Good and cheap chair
I don't use it a lot daily so for what it's worth it does the job just fine.
It is sturdy and comfy for me. :)
Not bad at all
It's been a bunch of years I got this now, and even after I sold my drum I still use it in my home studio as sit when I play my guitars and keyboards.
As I handle it very badly and travelled with me under many circumstances, it's still working.
Just the tissue of the sit started to wear out, but is totally normal, I really used it a lot, in anyplace.
For the price is good.
Stool for starters
Good stool if your starting out , tends to loosen every so often its bit annoying
Perfectly functional
Bought this as part of a package, great little stool, gets the job done.
Very well
Simply, an enormeus throne round to play the drums. Confortability at maximum!
Perfect throne for all levels of drummers!
Used in studio and live at gigs, this throne is perfect. Adjustable, very sturdy and the rubber feet provide great grip on all sorts of surfaces. Quality product at a great price!!
stable and great price
this seat is stable , im leaning drums , and it does the job
Value for money choise
Very good and comfortable drum throne .
It's not the better qualiy or the more stable one , but for me it's as good as you can get fir this money .
is very good for the price!!!
You get what you paid for
I got this product from a Yamaha DTX450k bundle, and I have to say I was a bit surprised when I found out the cushion was far more thicker than I anticipated. Setting it up is quite straight-forward, the same goes for adjusting the height. The seat wiggles a bit when I play, that can be that I didn't lock it right. But other than that it is a simple drum throne which does what it's supposed to, and I think it's better than the other cheap thrones around where the cushion is not so thick. Overall, I am in contempt.
Best stool for the price!
I've needed a new stool for quite a while and this on seemed cheap enough hazard it and just go for it. The quality of the stool is brilliant, much better than my other one. Only problem is that the mechanism is a bit fiddly.
Ok throne.
Quite well build throne for a budget price.
But not suitable for tall persons (185+) as it doesn't go high enough.
You can cheat this by adding extra (sturdy one) memory clamp under the main bolt to get the legs higher.
The sitting part gets loose quite fast too, no cheating there, as it only has one small bolt to tighten it.
Great drum throne
I am more than happy with this product. As well as being priced competitively, the Millennium MDT4 Drum Throne is comfortable, stable and sturdy.
I have played for several hours now using the seat, and I can honestly say that it is as good as any I have used. I am impressed by the stability of the seat - it seems to be solidly built.
Good Sturdy Stool
Good quality stool for price, actually I bought another model from a different retailer a few years ago for more money and it wasn't as good as this one! Plenty of adjustment, nice solid feel, and I'm a "big guy".
Definitely would recommend this to anyone!
2nd throne in 15 years
wide base with decent rubber feet, memory lock and swivel height adjuster are bang on, seat top are lacking in comfort but for half the price of the budget pearl throne, it is leagues ahead
Strong and durable
I've been using this throne for over 4 years now, lugged it around with me all over the country and it has never failed me. Whether I'm sitting down for a short practice session or spend the entire day in the studio recording, this throne keeps my ass in shape.
Good value
This is a standard drum stool, with no real downsides. It is easy to pack and unpack, seems to be pretty solidly built, and is reasonably comfortable to sit on.
Gives you a good stability while playing
This throne in its overall if of good quality and reliable for playing. I've been spending around 4 hours day playing and still I feel great when I stop. It gives you good stability and allows you a good range of motion. However, I found some failure in this product. The upper part (the seat) tends to disconnect from the stand when moving it. The claw clamping the seat doesn't fixes it very well. I don't know if it is a common problem, or it is only with this one. Although, this is for me a minor problem.
Cheap throne, OK as first buy
As a beginner I chose a low-end throne. The legs are very sturdy and there's no chance of it falling over, but the seat itself wobbles very slightly on the centre pole. It is easy to adjust for height and tightens easily. The feet are non slip on carpet or hard floor. When I upgrade I will choose a seat with leg grooves cut out for comfort, but at the moment this seat is comfortable for my short playing sessions of about half an hour.
